Feather Skin Bane Coat 'Tom Hardy - Dark Knight Rises' Vintage Distressed Look Leather Jacket

Hi, no idea who Bane is but saw this coat and it was just what I was looking for. The coat looks like the picture , unlike the first one I ordered which was rubbish. Really soft leather and very cosy, probably won't be wearing it till autumn. The postage was a bit steep, but it does come by courier from Pakistan, the company who sell it are American,(featherskin) so I presumed it was coming from there. The previous coat I had ordered and returned was nothing like the picture, and was not anywhere near the size guide they gave. I normally where xxl as I have broad shoulders and chest, and a bit fat, my favourite m&s jacket is xxl and plenty of room to spare. I decided to order 3xl as I wanted to make sure it was plenty big enough for a few layers underneath for freezing cold winter afternoons watching rugby. Glad I did, I would say the 3xl is what normally passes for 2xxl. For me it's a perfect fit. Delivery was good but they are a bit slow on updating the tracking info, on the delivery day I checked and saw it had been delivered to Steven, so sent them a quick email to say thats not my name so who has my coat? They wrote back saying "yes it had been delivered, thank you and goodbye." Then the door bell rang and a very nice delivery man called Steven had a large parcel for me. Slight communication problem. Don't let any of that put you off, the coat looks great, I got it 6 days after placing the order, and the price is really good for the quality of the leather.It looks great, my grand children thought it was "cool", as they had seen the film.

Love it. Fantastic style, genuine and very well made. I would advise you get the dark brown as its slightly lighter than in the photo. The packaging was superb - it was shipped from Pakistan but it was packaged with such care - each individual button (and there are lots of them) fitted with a protector. It arrived on the last day of the estimated delivery time - I had some comms with the seller and have to say their reassurances and response was first rate. Thank you for your product and service. UPDATE 22/02/2018 Worn this about 10 times. 2 buttons fell off, all the others needed re-sewing to strengthen. The buttonholes have become frayed and tatty, the fur is beginning to drop below the leather of the coat, again making it look tatty. I loved the look of this, but ive had it for 17 months, and it now needs constant running repairs. Its not built to last. I know its a relatively cheap coat, but for me, that still adds up to poor value. You may think differently. The company said they would send replacement buttons, but never did. Live and learn.

I've been looking for a coat like this for ages and I've finally found one I like!I've bought similar items from other sellers and always returned them because the coat was always described as leather but tuned out not to be, or because what I was sent didn't match the pictures shown..but this is the real deal.The seller was really helpful when I asked questions, delivery came 4 days quicker then expected and the coat itself if just amazing.If anyone else is after this type of coat and is tempted by the trashy ones on ebay then dont bother. Spend a little extra, get a real leather one. 5 stars!!

My son has been after this coat for ages. I decided to buy it for him for Xmas and did loads of research and checked reviews. Although this is a bit dearer than some it is so worth it. I checked the pictures against the real Bain coat and someone else had put a picture of themselves wearing it, this coat was the closest look a like. My son just opened his present last night early as I couldn't wait to give it to him. It looks amazing the coat is brilliant good quality well made and he is thrilled. Can't recomend enough..

Delighted with this jacket, the quality is excellent. It is incredibly warm with only a T shirt worn underneath even in very cold weather, so is a bit of a shame it won't be able to worn all year round, though this is no fault of the product.Size wise I would definitely agree with other reviewers that going one size above what you would normally buy is the way to go.One handy bonus for me is that the inside pockets will accommodate my 8" tablet nicely.Very happy indeed with this purchase.

I waited 5/6 weeks for delivery, Half the buttons fell off or came undone, I had to stitch them on again myself. The thread used was not consistent, different colours. I was told the wool was real, it looks synthetic to me. For £160, I cut my losses there...Very disappointing, very rarely do I complain, but it's not good at all

Took a bit longer to be delivered than I was told but was worth the wait. Beautiful coat and fitted perfectly, the leather is tough and the styling is handsome, pretty much been wearing it since I got it. If you are just browsing for this type of jacket this is the one to get.

Purchased this coat on Sunday and it arrived Thursday afternoon. Absolutely love the coat, it's about as close to the coat in the film as I can get without it being custom made.As far as sizing goes there's not much on the advert to guide you. So if it helps anyone thinking of purchasing I'm a 48" chest and I ordered a 3XL and it fitted perfectly, I normally take a UK XL. Really not sure who a small would fit!!??
