I needed a low-profile treadmill that I could use for a standing desk. Ordered this one because I liked the folding / portability features. Previously, I had a large treadmill that was very difficult to move; and, while that one was good for running, it went mostly unused. I gave that one away, and am using this new one at my standing desk as I type this review.Pros: Great portability and light weight; 3.75 mph max speed is fast enough for a VERY brisk walk; 240lb max weight is higher than I saw in similar models; setup was easyCons: probably wouldn't work well on plush carpet - it's pretty low to the ground; some people have complained about the app - but it appears there's a workaround if you search for similar models.I've seen people complain about the app - for me, it took me a couple of tries to synch, but haven't had any problems with it since. I like that the app tracks total walk time, miles, steps, etc.Would definitely recommend this for a small space, if you need something portable, or for a standing desk.

I wanted to love it. Got as a Christmas present. Easy set up but then won't connect to app it makes you connect to inorder to use any function on the thing. Tried several times with several phones. Reloaded app, restarted machine, still nothing. There is no one to call for help either. Just don't waste you time and money on this junk that doesn't work. Several others had issues with app. We are returning!

I bought this when it only had one review so I was a bit skeptical. But I live in a small apartment in nyc and am trying to get more steps in this winter when it’s really brutally cold and dark out. It was packaged perfectly and assembly was basically just taking it out of the box and plugging it in. I didn’t have any trouble with syncing my phone to it via the app and was walking within 10 minutes of opening it. So far I really like it! I wish the app was able to sync with apple health since I don’t have a Fitbit but it’s great to see distance and calorie burning info in the app directly.It’s pretty quiet, which matters a lot since our walls are paper thin. It fits in my tiny room without trouble. I wish it was easier to store vertically but the wheels make it easy to roll around. Overall I’d say this was a good purchase, I’ll come back and update this review in a month after I’ve used it for more than a week.

Purchased this walking pad with no reviews to sway/inform me but wow am I happy with it! It’s very well made and I like that I can fold it and move it over when I want to sit at my adjustable desk. It’s a bit loud but asked some of my peers while on a conference call if they could hear it through my headset and they could not. The smartphone app could use an upgrade but it gets the job done; I can start it, change the speed, and track my miles right from my phone.

There was minimal setup required and it was super easy. It is not really portable from work to home but easy to fold and store easily in a small place. I use this in my kids playroom so I can get steps in as they play and while they were doing online schoolwork. It does make noise but I could use it while kids were in zoom classes and they had no problems hearing. There is a remote and app both are easy to use. Overall really like this product.

This product needs a rail.

DON'T BUY!!!!!! The app that controls this treadmill is HORRIBLE!! You may think is only an app, but this app controls everything on this treadmill. Wbat is the use of the treadmill if the 'Brain (apps)' doesn't work.The apps doesn't want to connect. Tried to uninstalled it, then installed it for several times with no luck. No one to call. The WORST item ever bought on Amazon. I hope Amazon will reconsider selling this product from this seller.

This is well worth the money. The only downside is that you have to look at your phone for progress. I have one at my office that does but the price was much higher.
