I was searching for a light yet effective moisturizer and decided to try Dr. Althea’s Barrier Cream. I’m pleasantly surprised by how good it is. The formula feels lightweight but keeps my skin well-hydrated without any heaviness. The ingredient list is impressive, especially the ceramides, which my skin really benefits from. I use it after applying serum, and my skin stays soft and comfortable throughout the day. Highly recommend it for daily use.

one of my favorite night time moisturizers of all time! i have eczema flares (african american) in the winter and this smooths my skin so much! It helps my flares and scarring fade. It is just so soothing and smoothing, you’ll feel like a baby. you can use it for face or body, or in the daytime with sunscreen since blue guaiazulene makes your skin photo-sensitive (i think). this is my 4th or 5th time repurchasing.

I love how thin the cream is, you need a pea size for your entire face and it's enough to keep skin feeling moisturized without feeling oily. My skin tends to be oily and this doesn't make it feel congested at at all.
