Excellent taste. Great on blood sugar
This Granola was very nice. Great crunch effect if you are into that. Not sweet at all - can clearly taste the ingredients. It is delicious. While it does have Erythritol in the ingredient list, it is way down after all the seeds and nuts so did not really notice the "cool mint" flavor that sugar causes - the sugar did not overwhelm the flavor of the product. Could not really tastes the Cinnamon flavor. The Nutrition Facts label shows a good Fiber content and lower Carb content. working on my 2nd bag. The FreeStyle Libre3 Sensor on my body did not reflect any significate sugar increase after eating 3 Palm size servings of this product. I got maybe a 5 point increase after 30 minutes only to decrease again shortly.

Granola so good you'll question "Are you sure this is keto?"
This stuff is amazing. I've also tried the chocolate flavor and I'm not sure which is best. They both taste amazing and it feels like I'm cheating but I'm not breaking my diet. I have to watch how much of this stuff I eat since it's supposed to be a treat, but it's so good I want to just keep eating it. Highly recommend if you're looking for a treat to curb your cravings on keto.

Delicious Gluten Free Granola
This gluten free maple pecan granola is so so delicious! It is the best gluten free granola that I have tasted. I have bought a lot of gluten free granola but this one by far is the best! I highly recommend! Thank you for making such a delicious gluten free granola.

Packing was not very good
Packaging was so cheap looking plain white box that was squished. The cereal is tasty
