I love this product, but is the cotton strictly necessary?? Little bits of it stick to each capsule so I need to clean each dose off carefully before taking it.

This actually raised my good cholestrol. Bad cholesterol didnt change much, but its the ratios that matter, so this is a win with the raided good cholestrol!

Good product, Yet don't use if you have NAFLD None Alcoholic Fatty Liver Disease. Really bad headache. Not sure why it had this effect. Took two days to start feeling better. 😌 not taking this again.

Product came as advertised.

I took these pills for a while and I finally took my blood work and my cholesterol is too high. Not sure why as I did everything possible. This did not work for me. Some of the capsules are half full, some leak in the bottle.
