Amazing, delicious & super helpful! I have problems digesting most foods, intolerant to so many things, sometimes it takes 3-4 days for the terrible side effects of trying a new food to subside. I haven’t been able to eat onion, garlic, chilli or pepper in years & did wonder if I was a bit mad trying this. But I started off at just 5g the first day plus 100ml of sauerkraut juice (I took my usual enzyme alongside it) & then doubled it the next day & so on. I felt the difference from day 1! Don’t try this before an event if you’re as sensitive as me haha, toilet trips were verrrry frequent whilst getting used to it! I am way too sensitive for probiotic tablets, they have all previously made me sick, but this is such a great alternative! I feel sooo much better after this, like my body is resetting itself! Take it slowly if you’re starting out, it’s the real deal! The hardest thing now is not eating the whole jar as it’s so tasty! Thank you Loving Foods!

Lovely product, great taste and super healthy. The only downside is that it is a bit pricey for cabbage in a jar.

I'm very pleased and I do recommend this product. This company makes a concerted effort to provide a quality product. It's very well packaged, well made and the jars are literally filled to the very top! A great source of probiotics and strong flavour so I do believe it is organic as stated. This was my second order and it's now a regular side dish to maintain good health. Very professional. Thank you. I've never been fond of ginger, and I find the teas are too potent, so I'm really glad I tried the Kimichi. The Kimichi has a strong ginger presence but it actually complements beef and stirfrys well. I still need to read up on Korean dishes. :)

Fermented is the only sort of cabbage I can eat, I tend to have it with every meal to add a tasty tang. It also helps my digestion generally. Kimchi is delicious too. With it being fermented it means I am not too intolerant of the chilli either. The best quality I have found next to homemade! Fairly expensive but worth it.

I love the kimchi. It has a chilli kick but not too much. It’s a mixture of pickled cabbage with radish and carrot. Delicious. I also eat the sauerkraut which is ok. I find it a bit sharp (vinegary sharp) and a bit bland, but I know they are doing me good so I have a little of each every day. Can be used as a pickle with meat dishes or fish or added to a salad, although the kimchi does rather dominate a salad. Full of good bacteria to keep your gut micro biome healthy they tell me and I’m hoping that’s right. Delivery was quick and the goods well packaged. The taste of kimchi 5 stars and the sauerkraut 4 stars.
