Delicious sauce! I cannot recommend this enough! If you eat a lot of chicken it is perfectly suited for the task!I did receive them with one broken bottle, which I was reimbursed for. But costumers should never receive damaged items.

Both bottles arrived leaking, with shattered caps. They were just wrapped in a thin layer of bubble-wrap, without a box. "Non-returnable" means no refund or replacement either. This was a total waste of money (and sauce).

Bottles received were wrapped in bubble wrap so that was nice. No issues with the packing. I love the pepper sauce on everything , no just Japanese food. A nice tangy treat with heat. If you like spicy, but dont like crazy, pick up a bottle. Great on chicken, rice, pasta, veggies, pretty much anything you would put Tabasco on.

One bottle came perfect the other one smelled spoiled/vinegar and some plastic in it looks like a piece of the cap somehow

Although we love this product, we are disappointed because one of the bottles came broken. Good thing it had a tight plastic wrapping that held most of the sauce in. Plus it was in a sealed plastic bag. Not going to buy this type of stuff again because it’s expensive to have it come oozing out. Taste is delicious but giving one star for the broken cap.
