The container itself is nice enough, I like it, but the magnetic close box and bag smell so wretched I had to throw them away. No one wants to put ashes of a loved one around anything with a bad odor so they really need to change that up. It stunk so bad I wretched and almost sent it back. I tried leaving the box (with bag and foam) outdoors. No luck. I tried incense burning nearby and let the smoke surround it. Nope! I tied perfume - still gag aroma. It literally distressed me when I am already upset. I cannot even describe the smell - maybe manure mixed with old timey ranch storage shed? We finally gave up and threw away the box. No one ever wants to think of their loved one near that stench so they really need to either get rid of the smell or rid of the box. I almost sent the whole thing back. The container is fine, why ruin it with a garbage box?

When I opened it up it looks as if someone was already in it took the back off to see how much would fill is and a gray ash like powder came out extremely curious and hope it's not someone else's loved oneIt's amazing all around just worried and what the powder is
