I am fairly tall for my measurements (80-58-89 and 166.5cm), so I always buy a size up to make sure the length is appropriate! The waist for a medium is cited as 64-72cm which would require some modification; however, it was even larger than predicted! The skirt rests on my upper hip when wearing it without bobby-pins/clips, so make sure you're able to modify this costume in case it's too large for you.Aside from that, the quality is awesome for the price and it's pretty accurate!
