49 years old here and landed on my hip a couple times hooping and needed some protection. After looking at all types of protection I chose these. So far, so good! Other recommendations to size up are accurate. Medium waist here and went with Large size. I am very pleased!

My son is very pleased with the fit and feel of this girdle. The product is true to size and he said they feel comfortable enough to have on for long periods of time (3+ hours). He also said that the padding is just enough to feel safe in. So, you can have a better idea on his sizing; He is 15, 5’9” 240lb.
