Over the years, I've tried numerous BB creams, but this particular one is by far one of my most consistently used and favorites. This one provides light to medium coverage and evens out my skin tone. I put it on after washing and moisturizing in the mornings, and it sits on for most of the day without being overly oily or shiny. I apply around a pea sized amount over my face (dabbing and then spreading with my fingers, although a brush works as well), and then any areas that need extra coverage, I add an extra layer.Pros: Good consistency, even application, lasts a long time, doesn't irritate my sensitive skin, no smell, easy removal, decent and natural coverageCons: Only one shade - it matches well with my lighter skin tone, but this wouldn't work if I had darker skin, starts becoming thick and a little too white when I get close to finishing the tube, dispensing mechanism (can't completely empty the tube without taking it apart towards the end)Overall, I would highly recommend trying this out. While Dr. Jart offers a variety of BB creams, the Black and Premium labels are the best (with black being a little less oily and slightly darker than Premium).

I've been using this product for a couple of years after I got a sample of it in my monthly Birchbox. For one, it's definitely cheaper on Amazon than any other website or store. It's a great, light, tinted moisturizer foundation, sunscreen combination. I just put a little underneath a powder foundation and I'm ready to go! Offers ALL DAY coverage and does a good job of evening my skin tone without feeling cakey. I love this product! I would definitely recommend!Just an update: I saw others post about this as well. The package is a hard shell and you cannot tell how much you have left. When it will not pump through the top anymore I will unscrew the top, split open the black case and pull out the squishy tube in the middle. This probably doubles the usage of the product and is well worth a little extra effort. Wish they would make it with different packaging!

It had been difficult to locate a BB cream that did not contain talc, weird perfumes, and which did not irritate my fair, sensitive, easy-to-blush, acne-prone skin. I have not had a single major breakout since using this product and it has the added bonus of protecting me from irritants by forming a sort of barrier on my face. I use it religiously and it looks very natural. Coverage can be built up; usually, my skin is clear so I apply this sparingly, but if I am broken out, I can use this product more heavily on individual spots like a concealer. It doesn't cake, flake off, or melt by the end of the day. This product does have a smell: it's rather medicinal but not offensive and it goes away very quickly. I don't mind it because it's not a perfume smell, which is something I try to avoid (makes me itch). One bottle lasts forever and the pump makes it easy to dispense the right amount. I honestly can't say enough good things about this bb cream except that my black and brown friends can't use it too! More shades would make it perfect!

This is my first BB cream experience and it has been just ok, but not sure it justifies the price. I have what I consider an odd skin tone (read as: it's hard to find make up that blends matches and blends into my skin color). My skin is fair with an olive undertone and most make up goes on waaaay too peachy or pink. This product did a wonderful job matching/blending to my natural color. It is light weight and relatively non-greasy (once evenly applied). While I think it does a good job evening skin tone, it is not going to hide blemishes (acne, scars, age spots, etc.) -- at best it will blur imperfections...slightly. It doesn't really have a scent which is nice b/c I hate when make up smells all chemically. The downside is that the product doesn't do anything for wrinkles. I'm in my early 30's and have just started noticing little places here and there that make me think "wow I'm looking old (read as: my age) today". Powder foundation seemed to settle into the little lines and make them look even bigger/more noticeable, so I thought i'd give this a try. Unfortunately, it didn't do much to improve the appearance of or disguise my wrinkles. I guess we'll just have to see how I feel when I'm finished with the bottle to determine whether I will buy it again, but at this point I think I will shop around for alternatives.

So I am 9 months pregnant with twins and I'm feeling a little bit rough around the edges. I have been using a tinted moisturizer for a while and have loved it since my skin has been so dry and uneven. I was reading about BB creams, searching all over for the best rated ones and who they are the best for. Since I am pregnant I have blotchy skin with some dark spots. I do a pretty good job with my makeup covering it up, but I wanted something I could rub on at the hospital without having to go through a whole makeup routine! This is the first one I've ordered. Here are my pro's and cons:Pros:* easy to apply *covers my dark spots and evens my skin tone all day long* nice ingredients that do more than just cover/moisturize* Can throw on in 30 seconds, use a dash of blush and I look human!Cons:*Can look chalky if you use it alone*isn't a deep moisturizerI've used this for about a week and I've had a number of compliments. I ran by my super critical sister the other day and the first thing she said to me was, what do you have on your skin looks amazing. (it was just the cream and blush). My husband told me I looked pretty the other day out of the blue (He says it to me but this time he was staring at my face wondering why), and my coworkers mentioned that I looked nice. I'll take it! Try it for yourself, worth the price.
