good lightweight running shorts.
These are good and lightweight running shorts that double as a pair of swim-shorts.The internal jock does the trick without being intrusive.not sure about the quality and as I just bought them and have used only a handful of times cant really comment, but I don't think they will last too long if used on a regular basis.

The best shorts ever worn
I ordered three of these shorts and they proved to be so comfortable, so unbeatable as regards to mobility, so attractive, that I ended buying three more, and now I have made another order for two more, which I am still expecting in the mail. Very Low rise
Good quality product but I went up a size and still small. Very low rise .. ok if you are 18 with no belly and a 6 pack, not if you have an ounce of fat. Pouch inside to small.

Good quality, small "pouch"
These are very light and a little on the skimpy side. The "pouch" is quite small, but at least nothing is moving around when exercising.
