Chair looks awesome. It got a lot of compliments. The first two weeks or so it was pretty comfortable (with the exception of the foot rest ring that is way too small). Then it started falling apart.The wheels started breaking off after a couple weeks, so I had to put some sliders in place of the chair. That helped, but the purpose of the wheels was to help move it around my little cubicle. Sliders don't move that great, but were still better than the dysfunctional wheels. The arms of the chair pivot and move up and down for comfort, but they started spinning all the way around. The seller was awesome and sent me some stationary arms upon my request. That was pretty awesome. However, the stationary arms had to be used as leverage to get up into the chair when raised because the ring was so small (the ring also would not stay at its "set" height and would slide down the air piston cylinder). The seat of the chair is based on particle board and also broke in half. Welds have broken in the seat allowing the chair to rock forward and backward far beyond the design of the seat) and sideways because the fabric was keeping it together and ripping itself. I have zip-tied the broken seat frame and that has helped with the excessive rocking of the seat and helped keep the fabric from ripping more. The piston (to save space) wobbles the chair more and randomly loses pressure and goes down.By now, you have asked yourself why I haven't sent this chair back. Upon asking about returning the chair, I was instructed to box the chair up and send it back. That means I would need to pay for shipping materials and shipping costs as 1) the original box and Styrofoam were long gone and 2) shipping a chair of this size would end up being nearly a third of cost of the chair itself.My contact with the chair did express that they would send me replacement parts. To which I replied that parts would not be able to fix what was wrong with the chair. Then I was told I could still send the chair back. Why? For parts for new chairs. (Yes, I do still have the messages back and forth saying that is why they want the chair back.)Simplified review: looks cool, not built to last.

NEED A SHORTER CYLINDER.. WHICH ONE TO BUY? One that will fit. We can not DROP IT LOW.Screws were missing
