Totally thought that these were for 4 yarn balls. Listing needs to be editing and less confusing. WAYYYY to expensive for just one ball of yarn when I can buy one for $1.50 at most craft stores.

Description is very deceptive. I thought I was getting 4 skeins but only received one. Evidently the(4) refers to guage. Don't waste your money...... This is much cheaper elsewhere!!!

I also thought this was for 4 balls of yarn. The title is misleading. I understand now it was talking about the gauge and yes, I should have look further into the description but as other reviews have said, these usually run from $1.50 to $2.00 in any craft store. I am so disappointed. Mostly my fault for not reading further, but the title could be more specific. Hopefully, others read further and the reviews and not make the same mistake as I.

I was disappointed at how small this skein of yarn is for nearly $6. You can go to Walmart and get twice the amount for the same price. Pretty color but not worth the money

Nothing wrong with the yarn, I use this brand all the time. However the price was ridiculous. Over $5?! But being a shop owner, I needed this color and it was unavailable in stores at the time.

I'm glad I ordered this for making dishcloths only. It's rough (good for scrubbing), smaller than expected (I don't know what else I could make with so little) and more like heavy string than yarn. I just hope it proves to be strong under normal use. The color is VIBRANT and STUNNING.As far as price goes, I have found far better deals buying yarn in brick and mortar stores. But I'd be hard-pressed to say they were colors this lovely. I guess that's the main selling point. Plus, I'm shopping risk-free at home during a pandemic. That, right there, is a HUGE plus.ADDENDUM: This yarn is extremely prone to the strands separating and bunching, making it difficult to work with at times. I docked it a star because of that.

Was supposed to be a brand new, unopened roll of yarn, label was torn and taped back together. Was supposed to receive 2 days after ordering (Prime), didn't get here for 4 days. I wouldn't recommend. Just go to Wal-Mart.

Nightmare for a beginner. Couldn't figure out why no matter how perfectly I followed instructions there were gaps and splitting. It is NOT medium 4 - NO WAY. 3.5 or 3, the only way to crochet this without it looking like trash unless I use the 3.5 or the 3 size needle and as a beginner I absolutely cannot work with that it's too tiny and tight and the yarn splits so easily it's impossible to find my place on the chain without screwing it up. It's impossible and looks horrible and has made this exciting new endeavor miserable for me.

The yarn itself has a nice deep colour, although the yarn is quite coarse and not soft at all—it has a stiffness to it that's not really nice to crochet with. I have returned these. If you're looking for a decent yarn, have a look at my favourite from a brand called Sirdar and the type is chunky (although it's not thick like a chunky yarn), you won't go back!

I bought this to finish off a project I had started, the colour is such a beautiful green teal and the cotton yarn is soft and a pleasure to work with.

Great material for crochet, I made a bag with mine and found it to be perfect. Reasonably priced too, would buy again.If I were to crochet clothes, however, I would opt for yarn that is softer on the skin

First time buying this yarn, thought I'd try it for dishcloths...The yarn is nice but it does seem to have a few issues. Some of the skeins I bought were of normal thickness while others were almost like string in places. I did also run into several sections like in the picture and also a few places where the yarn was knotted. I do love the colors they offer. Perhaps I simply hit a few bad batches.
