Great bike for my disabled son!
We purchased this bike for our 7 yo son who has some physical disabilities. We love it! My son is able to get on and off by himself and ride independently without fear of losing his balance like on a regular bike. It is a very comfortable ride.. He loves to cruise around on it in our neighborhood and the neighborhood kids think it looks awesome. My husband put the bike together in one evening. The instructions were easy to follow. It is a very high quality bike. It is very sturdy. I would recommend this bike to anyone, but especially for disabled kids.

Best bike ever!!!
I am an adult woman and got the Pro adult version of this bike. I love it so much that I got the smaller youth version for my 6 year old. This bike is so much fun, so easy to ride, looks great, and made really well and so sturdy. This is honestly the funnest bike I’ve ever ridden in my life and I get complements at the park all the time when we’re riding. I let some neighbor kids ride it and they loved it too! I can’t say enough about these bikes! One of the best purchases I’ve ever made.

Mobo Triton
Great bike. Very sturdy and fairly easy to assemble.A few issues with the assembly instructions - washer locations for installation mainly. Some concern with the brake cable routing and positioning, no issues yet but monitoring the situation.

Product works as advertised
Purchased for child with CP who walks but has muscle weakness in her legs that made learning to ride a regular bike unrealistic. She loves it! She’s was able to ride it right away! Helps with her hand/eye coordination and will help build leg muscle strength to eventually (hopefully) be able to ride a regular bike.Perfect for those too big for a tricycle but not big enough or strong enough for a bike.

Other than shipping issues we love the bike
After some shipping issues with Amazon where the order had to be cancelled and reordered finally got it 2 -3 weeks late. I had planned to order two other bikes but wanted this one so I could see it, check out the size of them and make sure they were what I wanted before spending a lot of money, but with the shipping issues and getting it late I will wait to order them for next summer. The bike itself is great and we all love riding it. Adjust easy enough for the different sizes we need. Easy to learn to ride.

Not bad, but no tight turning and price is steep
We have a hemiparetic child who needs more physical exercise, but doesn't have the function to be able to manage a regular bicycle. We did a lot of research, but there wasn't a ton of options out there that seemed like they'd work for our child's specific needs, especially in kids sizes. Some of the social media circles we frequent had recommended the Mobo recumbent trike as a good option, and even though the price tag was daunting, we decided to pull the trigger. I'm not sure it was the right move.Assembly took about an hour and 20min, but I had three children crawling on me, so your results may vary. No major errors or hiccups, but the assembly guide is minimalist, so you need to use your head a little. The trike is solid, as other users have noted. All metal, no cheap parts. The screws holding the seat cushion to the frame did come loose, all of them, within a day. We noticed one had actually completely fallen off onto the driveway. I tightened them all again and will keep an eye on it, but that was concerning. The other big issue I have with this is the turning radius. This trike cannot corner well or make tight circles, only big loops. The tightest cornering it can do is about a 10foot radius. It's a bit of an issue since pedaling backward doesn't reverse the bike, leading to multiple times when we had to lift/drag it to a new position. I can see this being trouble if we get to the point where we're out on sidewalks and need to make a 90* on a 3ft wide strip of cement. Basically this is a solution for wide open paved areas. The trike works well overall and my child seems to tentatively like it. We need to invest in solid straps/cages to keep their feet from sliding off the pedals, but the high price tag and the limited turning radius combine to leave me feeling less than satisfied with the purchase.

Great for a child with special needs!
Our child has some special need and balance is not something in his wheel house. We were not sure how using a hand brake would work out, or the rear steering, but the low to the ground and three wheels would help him be more stable and not have far to fall. We were so happy to see him pick up the steering and brake so quickly! Now, if he's outside, he's cruising on his new bike!! He loves it and we are very pleased with the sturdiness and quality of the Mono Trike.

Welive on a farm
My 9yr old son is your typical boy. However he refuses to learn to ride a normal bike so I researched recumbent bikes for kids for about a year. The reviews for this bike were pretty mixed, but I took a chance and I'm not regretting it. He is tall for his age so I debated ordering the youth size, but it's perfect and he still has room to grow. All of the reviews I read seemed to be for people who had asphalt driveways, but we live on a farm and have gravel so again I was a little nervous. Not an issue! He goes all over the place. If gravel was thick and freshly laid it would probably be difficult. It doesn't go uphill very well, but gentle inclines and for flat roads this thing does great. He loves it and it gets him out of the house and away from video games and YouTube...not to mention his friends think his bike is super cool. I can also pack it up easily and fit it in my van for travel. The only issue we have had (since it's purchase in March) is that the seat came unbolted from the frame. Easy fix though. The guys at work had it put together in 20 mins and it's really been great!
