The Bellefit seemed like it would fix that problem since it claps in ...
So with my last pregnancy I tried a Belly Bandit and it was ok, but it didn't stay in place and moved up throughout the day. The Bellefit seemed like it would fix that problem since it claps in the crotch but is so expensive I was hesitant. I ended up getting a Bellefit off ebay for around $40. I had both at the beginning of this postpartum phase but didn't really wear them consistently.Fast forward- I started physical therapy and they want me to wear one 23 hrs a day- so I tried both and neither were really working. The Bellefit's seams poked me endlessly and even when I cut the boning out, it still was very uncomfortable. I could handle the squeezing of the girdle but the seams and the way it was cut dug into my skin and left awful red marks and made me so cranky. The Belly Bandit again kept moving and I quickly lost so many inches on my belly that the medium no longer really squeezed. So I started researching and eventually bought about 12 options on Amazon that had free returns and found 2 that I really like:1. This is my favorite because it really holds the tummy together. The two flaps in front help me get it very snug and the extra parts help pull in extra. I wear this one all day. It has a little boning but it doesn't bother me at all and just helps my posture. https://www.amazon.com/gp/product/B016F0FH5Q/ref=oh_aui_detailpage_o01_s02?ie=UTF8&psc=12. This one I wear to bed- It is very soft and well made with nice velcro. I again like the 3 strips to pull in front because I can pull different sections more/less tight (waist, hips etc). I took the "boning" out of the back and wear this one to bed or at the end of the day when I am tired and want something more comfy. https://www.amazon.com/gp/product/B075XK7KPW/ref=oh_aui_detailpage_o01_s01?ie=UTF8&psc=1Caveat on both- they are not invisible under clothes. I prefer how I look with them on, but they are not bodyshapers (nor meant to be) so you can definitely see it through tight clothes. In case it helps anyone- I bought a medium in both and I am 5"3' 150lbs right now. Hourglass shape with lots of tummy pooch- hips 42' bust 41' waist 32' (after wearing for several weeks- didn't measure before I started just measured recently for a bridesmaids dress) underbust 34'

Surprisingly great quality for price
I originally ordered a Bellefit that I returned for this. The first moment I put this on I felt SO much relief in my back. Breastfeeding and diastasis recti have done a number to my posture and back, so it’s nice to receive some support from this girdle. It doesn’t slide up or down. I am a busy mom with two under two, constantly moving around. I can sit comfortably in this and nurse my infant. The pictures are from 2 weeks PP. I’m almost 8 weeks PP, wearing it daily and it’s still in great condition. The boning has held up just fine.

Better than what you get in the hospital
After my c-section I could not raise myself up and lift myself out of bed without help. There was pain. The hospital got me a binder. Basically it is just a Velcro tube. Well my postpartum body wasn’t tube shaped. I got this binder and guess what it fits a body the way a body is shaped. I recovered from my c-section so much quicker with this binder. I was off pain meds within one week and driving by week two. No trouble lifting my baby with this on or getting out of bed. This is a must have purchase for c-section recovery.

Great postpartum girdle for holding in the guts!
Based on reviews, I ordered a size up (Medium). Size reference: petite 5'2", 110lbs (pre-pregnancy), 34-25-36. Postpartum: 122lbs. This fit well postpartum and helped "hold" my tummy up and in (to keep me from feeling like my intestines were falling out). The length may be considered a tad long for my torso, however, not too long that it is uncomfortable. Back length of the girdle measures: 10.25". The boning/bars are not uncomfortable and add to helping improve posture. I have noticed a slow improvement in my muscle and belly tone since I've started using this (1.5 weeks thus far).Downsides: The two velcro flaps that sit one on top of the other (the ones in front) have seen wear due to them overlapping (petite torso). The edges or piping along the edge of the flaps is fuzzing due to the velcro. This is the only immediate wear I've noticed. As my belly shrinks, I have had to bring the flaps in more which causes more bunching in the back, so tight tops/dresses would not look appealing over this (not really even when the girdle fits more smoothly against the skin).I researched multiple postpartum girdles and the like and decided upon this one due to the smaller length (in comparison to others), and affordability (didn't want to waste too much money on something that may not work).

After birth my midsection and lower back felt weak and like jelly. This makes me feel strong and improves ...
I gave birth two weeks ago, until now I was using a binder from the hospital, which was just okay. It was hard to tighten and provided minimal support. Remembered I ordered this one and wow it really helps. After birth my midsection and lower back felt weak and like jelly. This makes me feel strong and improves my post partum posture. Just the right length to give both belly and ribs support. For reference I'm 5' 6" 112 lbs. pre-pregnancy, 132 post pregnancy. Doesn't look like I just had a baby with this on...the other one you could tell.

Way better than spending a bunch of money on expensive brands!
I did a ton of research on what kind of postpartum wrap to wear, I'm on baby #3 and wanted little to no "pooch." The wrap is very comfortable with two support bars in the back. The bars are not uncomfortable and the material is very breathable. The Velcro holdsvery well and you can tighten it up quite a bit.I ordered a size MEDIUM. I am 5'1 and weighed 118 3 days post partum and this thing was tight, now at 113 -4 weeks post partum my waist is much smaller and it does get a little lose, but that's a good thing. Because it is bigger now it can ride up above my hips and I have to retighten it.Would love to have a small in this as well!!(Bought this from Amazon Seller HipMall for $10.99)

Shape and support
Great structure, gives support and comfort. The size was as described. Very good material, it will probably last for a very long time.
