The supplement contains several nutrients that are currently being researched for their anti-aging properties. I read some of the research summaries and It almost sounds too good to be true. Of course, it may turn out in the end that you were already getting enough if you were eating a nutritious diet. I am particularly interested in PQQ because it may help build bone and prevent osteoarthritis. The other nutrients in here also have multiple benefits, and some of them work best together. This appears to be a quality product.The label recommend taking this twice a day and doubling up on that when you first start out. I happen to be pretty sensitive so I did not double up on it. Also, this would be extremely expensive to consume four capsules a day. Even at two a day, it seems pricey, but if you were going to take all these separately that could cost even more.I have not noticed a difference from taking this so far, but at least I did not have any side effects.

This gives you allot of supplements you do not have toBuy separately , which I have been doing.The K2 Mk7 takes the calcium from your arteries to your bones and teeth.Calcium is good to take, but it doesn’t always go in your body were it belongs.If you have calcium blocked arteries it can cause a heart attack, and also causeYou brain fog.Co-q-10 is needed if you take a statin for cholesterol.Resveratrol is good for your heart, as that is what is in a small glass of wine,Although for some if you drink too much it does the opposite .This combination gives you a clearer mind to think. I do notice my mind seems clearer, but not like I was still 30.That said , this can help.

This product has really good ingredients for helping to power up your mitochondria and it happens that I've been taking those ingredients individually. Having them combined into one capsule to reduce the number of capsules you need to take is a nice benefit. My only issues (and why I didn't give 5 stars) is that I'm unfamiliar with this company/brand and therefore don't know where they are sourcing ingredients, the level of quality control they offer and I always prefer organic to reduce chemical/pesticide load when available. Otherwise seemingly good stuff.
