I wanted to scoff at this razor. There's so many pot metal garbage DE safety razors floating around amazon since wet shaving has come back in vogue. I saw "Genuine Surgical Grade Stainless Steel Razor" thinking Yeah, like the hinge right? Nope... the whole thing is a nice quality machined steel pieces. I'm massively impressed. It says the blades last 2-3 shaves but you can easily eek out a few more with just a few strops on an old leather belt. Though if you don't think the included Derby's work for you don't be disheartened and toss the razor in a drawer and forget about. Not all blades work for all faces. Get yourself a nice variety pack and try a few others until you find your blade. Make sure you get at least two of each sometimes you get a lemon blade and don't wanna drop a brand that might work for you. Really if you're looking to get into old school wet shaving this is a nice razor to start with.Product provided at discount in exchange for review.

Well what can I say, can't complain this product is excellent, clean shave an no cut's, gave me a better shave than Gillette Fusion which is more expensive
