I am 62 years old have been diagnosed as having a middle hearing impediment and find the tone of the voices especially on the tv can be bothersome for me. I am not quite ready for hearing aids yet but I did need something to make watching a movie or tv more enjoyable. I read all the reviews for this amplifier and decided to take a chance.This device works well for me.This is a good alternative to the much more expensive devices.I would think that it would work well for individuals with moderate or serious hearing loss .It fits comfortably and is well made.No whistling or background noises on the first try. Now, i can hear clearly and at a normal volume my TV and my beloved music but best of all i can carry on conversations again and is not always guessing what people are saying. I would love to send our thanks and appreciation to this company for making an affordable and wonderful product.I highly recommend this item.

When I saw this product I was wary. I was looking for my husband who has age related hearing loss in his right ear. He needed to have the television volume in the 60 to 70 range or use his Wireless TV ears to watch television . We are traveling to visit our grandchildren and I felt so badly that he wouldn't be able to hear them. I came across this hearing device and I ordered this for him.It arrived earlier than I expected, well packaged and in it's own nice case. It felt extremely solid and well made. The instructions are simple and I DO mean simple and easy to follow. The moment that he placed it in his ear he could hear me speaking from another room and he was hearing the television at the 32 volume level, which was comfortable for me too. Moreover he said wearing this can hardly hear noise feedback or whistles.A great product and the price compared to hearing aids is unbelievable.I highly recommend this product for anyone who wants to hear better and not pay thousands of dollars.

This is by far the best amplifier I have used and I have used a lot of different brands. I thought that I had found the best for me in the Laiwen so bought several so one would always be available., but this one is even better for me because it has about 25% more volume. It's more expensive, but I hear better than with the Laiwen. I have done comparison testing while watching TV and there is no question the volume is better on this one.I just ordered a third for that reason.Before use, charge with the included cable.You need to be aware that the amplifier comes without the earbud attached. The earbud is attached to a tube, which must be cut then attached to the amplifier. It is a good idea, you can size for your ear, but it takes you aback if you don't expect this.Since the other amplifiers I have fit me fine, I used one of them as a model to determine how long tube should be after the cut.Forcing the tube onto the amplifier is a little difficult, but it can be doneSeveral different size earbuds are included. The best way to insure there is no whistling is to have the earbud firmly in the ear canal, so find the one that makes the best seal for you.Highly recommend.

When I recieved the product, there were some problems. I emailed the service dept. The same day they emailed me some ways to try and correct the problem. When that did not help, I emailed again and coniler sent me a new device the same day. It worked perfectly. Clear sound, tone ,and was very comfortable in the ear. You can't go wrong with CONILER devices . They have a great product and a service department that responds to you and quickly solves the issues.

I was very nervous about buying online. My doctor told me I needed hearing aids and that I have a mixed type of hearing loss that's complicated to deal with. I read all the reviews and decided to take the chance. I CAN HEAR!! I am overwhelmed by how much I can hear. The only issue I have had is choosing the right lobe adapter size. The first one felt secure but after a day my ear hurt. I changed sizes and now it's much better. This product does EVERYTHING that was advertised. Clear directions and a nice package to hold all the supplies. Once I am used to the sound over load I will be ordering one for my other ear! Thank you guys so much!!

Why spend 2k+ for hearing aids when you can get these for a fraction of the price? One of the fabulous things about these devices is that they are rechargeable, I plug mine in every night when I go to bed and they last me throughout the day. Hearing aid batteries can become very expensive and you will not have that expense with these. They were easy to fit by simply trimming the tube to the correct length and choosing the ear plug that fits best. These hearing aids are comfortable to wear, it took me a couple of days to get used to wearing hearing aids again but now I forget they are on. These are small enough that my hair easily covers them up which is great for me as I am only 40 years old and don’t really like to show them. I do recommend you give these a try before spending thousands on others.

I bought it for my grandfather, it looks very nice and easy to wear. It is very helpful for my grandfather, he felt comfortable and satisfied with the product.

I had a seven-year-old hearing aids that was out-of-date technology, and I missed a lot of what was going on but with having Coniler hearing amplifier, it’s been better. It can pick up on a whole lot of what I was missing. Coniler was very nice and very timely in doing things. At first I had full volume adjustment . When I got home, I decided that I would rather have one ear where it did the programs and then the other ear where I can lower the volume if I needed to, in case something was too loud. Since I've gotten that done. My unit has four different settings but I haven't used the other two controls.
