This works!
I have been going to the manicurist getting a manicure for 25 years.I needed something that looked good and could keep my nails healthy between visits. This is the product for the look and the health of your nails! One nail where I had a bit of a problem this cleared it up. Highly recommend for males who want a nice look.

get this for natural looking nails
This is a nice set for both men and women. The finished nail color is crisp and clean; nails look natural and healthy. The satin topcoat is not glossy but rather produces a matte, natural finsh. I love the look, but the only issue I have is that it chips within 3-4 days.

Take your time!! Its worth it!!!
I love this Zoya Naked Manicure kit. You get all the basics and it is pretty affordable for what you are getting. It lasts me over a week. I like to redo my nails every weekend but it has lasted my almost two weeks before. My natural nails start to grow so I know it’s time to remove and do it again. The buff was too warm for me so I mixed the purple corrector with the mauve to make a color to worked with my skin tone.I originally bought it to use on my husband's nails but the satin seal is too shiny so he won't wear it. The process for doing your nails with this kit is time consuming but worth it. It makes my nails grow nice and keeps them protected without looking like I am wear a polish. Which I love. I have some suggestions for the process.First: Base coat- try to use as thin as you can but still solid coverage. Wait 10 minutes.Next: Protector shade- Same application not too thick. Start with a bit of polish on the middle of your nail and spread from top to side. Wait 15 mins. (if you want to use the purple color corrector protector as well as the buff wait 15 min in between each application) I know the waiting is the hardest part… but it is necessary to get a solid application. Finally, the seal. After you have waited 25-30 mins for both steps to dry apply the seal. Then wait another 10-15 mins after the seal. I like to do my nails on the weekend or evenings when I am watching tv or even on the computer. An activity that doesn't require me to touch things so my nails can have plenty of time to dry properly. I know not everyone has the luxury of time but in my experience, this is the best process for the most effective application.

Great product
I ordered this for myself because the "men's" kit was less expensive than ordering everything individually. I also ordered just the lavender color corrector to use along with this. I apply the base coat, color corrector, buff color then the matte top coat. It is easy to apply and leaves me with a natural looking manicure that lasts up to two weeks but since it is so natural looking, chips are not noticeable and I've worn it longer. I was having difficulty with pitting and splitting nails which I attribute in part to a gel manicure twice a year or so. I abstained from any polish for over six months and started using Zoya and it has not harmed my nails and might have improved them. I would highly recommend this product.

Cannot Recommend :(
I purchased this men's manicure kit because I didn't want the "tip" polish that came in the women's kit. I DID want to try the product because Zoya says they leave out several harmful chemicals and the Naked Manicure products are said to "rescue and repair" nails over time. After using this kit for a little over a month, my nails are in worse shape than before I used this Naked Manicure kit. The good: The layers of polish (applied as instructed) lasted about 7-10 days. My nails did look really nice and healthy with the polish on. The bad: Now that I've removed the polish and have been without the Naked Manicure polishes on my nails for a couple of days -- my bare, natural nails look much worse than before I used the product. I now have white streaks/lines in my nails and peeling is worse. I've always been a believer in oiling and moisturizing my nails and cuticles. So I'm going to stop using this Zoya product and stick with that routine. Bottom line is -- no matter how many chemicals are removed, there are still strong chemicals in any nail polish that do more harm than good.

Go to mani when giving nails a break from polishes
I initially didn't understand how the Naked Manicure system worked, but after watching some review videos the lightbulb finally went off and I got it, and after using it I love it. Bought the men's kit because I had already purchased the pink and lavender perfectors. I've been using this as my winter pedi: I apply the base, then the lavender which corrects nail yellowing from polish (I didn't used to always use a base coat when painting my toenails) and then the buff. I finish off with the satin top coat and my toes look fantastic. It wears well between my biweekly pedis. If you're always polished this is a great way to give your nails a break without feeling totally naked (polishaholics will know what I'm talking about.)

Looks fantastic on my cracked nails
Looks fantastic on my cracked nails. Not very easy to apply all of the layers and have them look ok. You have to devote a very long time to make this look right. Otherwise, it looks like you are wearing fingernail polish. Very matte when done correctedly and my nails look great. Just takes so very long and have to be so very careful applying all of the layers.

This is excellent for nails
Using this for a couple years and it is great. Follow the directions and I usually only have to change it once a week and your nails really gets strong.
