Works Well
Took me 3 hours to install not because of the actuator but it was well worth it. Its cheap and it works well.

Missing a KEY component
Update: The seller responded to my review below and tried to provide a solution. They volunteered a full refund because I had bought a replacement already. I raised the rating to 4 stars because of their good response.This part was expected to be a direct replacement for my Honda CR-V. The rod which connects to the door handle was not included and I had to remove the one from my original actuator. The new part comes with a flimsy plastic clip to hold the rod and in the process of installing the rod one has to force it down. Then it broke when in the process of installing the actuator in the door. This is not a good product and I will end up buying a different Honda OEM part to replace it.

Works perfect
It works great. The actuator fixed my issue on a 2008 honda crv. Please note you will have to switch some items from the old actuator other than that it was an easy install.

Good item as described. Works well. Relatively easy to install. Be aware that the 3 original Honda installed bolts at the latch have blue loctite and a heat gun may be needed to loosen them (as always, be carefull of the painted surfaces).
