Not 20,000mah
only used it handful of times before it failed. decided to open it up and what did i find inside? 2 x 4,000mah batteries, correct me if i'm wrong but 4,000+4,000 is not 20,000mah.

So worth it!
Love this. Between myself and my teenagers, our phones batteries are always on the verge of dying and having this saves us. Not too big and very convenient. I’m a sorta mom and always taking pictures so this is with me at all times. Worth the buy.

Good until it was not
"I cannot give this product a one-star rating because it worked well when it was functional. I had planned to use it for an extended period. Unfortunately, the battery swelled up and caused the case to open up. As a result, the battery has become too large to close the case properly, and I found it had busted the part that the screws go into. Now if this was just a one-time incident I would have ignored this but it wasn't I purchased two of these things one for my daughter one for myself and this happened twice the same incident had occurred with hers as well. Please beware that I did give this product a 3-star rating because I bought it in 2020 it is now 2024 it did provide me with four good years.

Good product, iffy solar power
Overall I really like the product and the concept, although I’m not really sure if the solar charging work yet or not. I have had it completely dead and then let it sit in the sun enough to where the green like came on and it still was’t charging the phone. Maybe I should have let the battery sit and charge for longer, or maybe the phone isn’t meant to be plugged in at the same time as it’s charging? i’m not sure. Again though, I really like the product and the fact that it has a flashlight & compass is super neat and has been useful. It is also seems very durable and not easy to break. Now I just have to remember to charge it XD

Not actually waterproof and it’s not recommended to charge by solar regularly
It’s advertised as waterproof but after reading the manual it says to keep away from water, liquid, and moist environments. (I was looking for a portable charger I could use while kayaking) It also says in the manual to only charge by solar in emergencies and to charge by plug in for regular use, but I didn’t see anything about that in the description. The compass on mine is also broken.
