This is not for calligraphy
This is a water based ink. It is not thick at all. You cannot use it pilot parallel pen or any other pen as it will dry up & clog it. It can be used with paint brushes to do calligraphy or with a water brush pen. The ink is pale.This product is wrongly advertised as a calligraphy ink. That is why my rating is low.You should also use it in a watercolour paper for best results (no bleeding & bright saturated colours)

I was looking for a thicker ink. It is not upto that mark.
