Pellets leaked out & it didn't maintain heat for long.
Perfect size & it was very comfortable, tho it didn't maintain heat. I was tempted to heat for longer than the directions but given the reviews about it exploding in the microwave, I did not. None of this mattered because after using it approx. 6 times, little tiny beads started draining out - everywhere. The stitching is not high quality & those little pellets move everywhere. My neck & shoulders hurt more after sweeping & vacuuming all those tiny little pellets than before i used this wrap.

The recommended time is 3 1/2 minutes in the microwave I put it in the microwave for 2 and 1/2 minutes and it burned up and the seeds fell out everywhere I didn't even get to use it

A life saver for my neck and shoulders pain
A life saver for neck and shoulders pain.What a great heating pad!My neck pain has eased since I started using it. This pad has a great coverage not only for my shoulders but also upper back where I also have tension. Just do not overheat it. This wrap can certainly be very hot if left for too long. Keep an eye on it when you are heating it up. I suggest adding 20-30 seconds after 1 minute rather than running your microwave for too long nonstop. I like the fact that it has a Velcro tape upfront and it doesn’t fall of your shoulders so you can move around the house and do things. However, I do recommend you take your time to sit or lay down to relax and enjoy this amazing product as it really helps with neck and shoulders pain providing very nice smell of herbs. It really does feel like an aromatherapy with pain release 2 in 1. I recommend this product to anyone not only with pain but anxiety or just long hard-working days to relax and release that tensions you may have built up throughout the day.

Great product!
Love the feel of soft flannel material. It’s large enough to wrap the whole neck, shoulders and upper back yet it doesn’t feel heavy because of stitching which distributes beads evenly. I would recommend this wrap to anyone with neck or shoulders pain from long hours of sitting in front of the computer like I do for 5 days a week. It really helps to relax muscles with pleasant smell of herbs.The box was a slightly damaged due transportation as it came in Amazon bubbled envelope. I think better to send it in a carton box.

Could be the best in the market
Great all around! I've always had little neck heater wraps and they were ok but didn't cover everything. This hits all areas of my neck and shoulders. I have a 1000w microwave and end up doing 3 minutes instead of 2 minutes and 20 seconds and it stays got for about 15 minutes until it starts to cool down. I get about 20 minutes out of it before I take it off. It's soft, the Velcro is strong and it is surprisingly satisfying. I do wish the channels were a little smaller or there was more filling as there's one row on my back that I wish had more heat. But this is the best in the market!Warning: make sure your turntable is on in the microwave. Mine wasn't and after just a month of having this I'm going to need to order a new one as it burnt holed in it while heading. Booohooooo! Update: they're replacing and told me to use a plate and wrap in paper towel without a turntable. Customer service is great!

The QUALITY is excellent!
I have another product from TimeBeeWell, and because I like it a lot, I decided to buy their wrap as an addition to my TmeBeeWell acupressure mat and pillow set! Such a great combo! The QUALITY is excellent! As a bonus, the wrap comes in an adorable gift box. I have neck pain, and since using Timebeewell wrap pain has eased, and I am delighted. I chose this neck and shoulder heating wrap because of its tall collar compare to other sellers. It covers the entire neck with no problem. I also like the way the heat gets distributed throughout the pad as advertised, leaving no spots on my neck and shoulders uncovered with heat therapy. Not heavy or overpowering in any way. Overall very satisfied and recommend this product!!!! I will buy a few more for my mom and friends as a Holiday gift.

Too big for small frame
Honestly I am not crazy about this product. It takes forever to heat up because it's so big and you have to fold it a million ways in between heating it up to distribute the heat. And when you do get it heated up, for me it's hard to lay correctly because I'm 5'2 with a smaller frame. All of it just slouches down my back. I will say though I have chronic illness and very severe pain and it does help alot with my leg pain. I can lay it across the upper half of my legs and lay down it really does help. I think if this fit better I would like it more.

Very soft Heating Wrap
I like that it is weighted in individual compartments. This feature is really nice. I love how soft it is and it relieved my stiff neck. The scent is ok. I could do without it, but it isnt strong or over powering. I would recommend it.
