Not very good customer service
This vacuum was awesome while it lasted but the charging dock was lost during a move . I reached out to the company and was told that under no circumstances did they sell replacement docks. So instead of paying $600 it’s turned into a brick sitting in my closet . Super bummed. If the policy has changed reach out and let me know!

Amazon could provide trifo product to fit so need for product anymore
