It’s a great product. The quality of materials is great and comes with spares. Really easy to operate through the app and very intelligent. It runs throughout the whole house, knows when it’s finished and goes back to his docking station. I only have low carpets and rugs, but it goes over them easily! And under most furniture as well, since it’s quite slim.The only things it doesn’t have is a way of blocking certain areas so it doesn’t go there, which would be useful.

Seal was broken on this and the contents shoved back in haphazardly. Not a great start. Packaged straight back up to return and curiosity made me have a real good look at it. The bin that collects the dirt has a flimsy piece of thick plastic film over entry bit, and the hinges do not look they will last. I see a reviewer has noted one hinge broken already with no hope of replacement. A major design flaw. I have a Eufy robovac so can compare built quality.Hey, I turned it on....noisy. Tried to update app and kept freezing. All these combined put me off so didn’t see how it functioned as a cleaner. They have a max+ version now so will see what reviews are like of that before purchasing. I hope ey have also looked at built quality and functionality of moving parts more. I note this one I got has disappeared from sale now here.......

Your browser does not support HTML5 video.  Sometimes it will hoover the entire downstairs, other times it only does a little bit and sometimes I don’t think it’s done anything.Says ‘Cleaning finished’ and it’s not even moved more than 6ft from the charging port. It never cleans my back room and never goes in there, although it’s linked to the kitchen. So I have to do this myself with another hoover or control it on the app.It doesn’t continuously build a 3D map to help build the perfect cleaning routine, this is a lie. It shows you where it has cleaned every time on the 2d map and erases the map every time it goes out to clean. So basically, the hoover has no idea where it is going every cleaning spree. To add, the map is hard to understand.Camera quality is very poor.Only picks up light things, mine is usually full of cat hair, dust and some crumbs. A lot of the time I have to send it out 2-3 times or control it manually to get it to clean efficiently. It bumps into things a lot.The mop is actually probably the best thing about this machine. It does mop really well, I suggest only adding hot water to the water tank and then spraying the floor with any cleaning chemicals you want to use.Although there are a few negatives, I am overall happy with this product. You can’t expect miracles and to be honest, I did expect to have to use an additional hoover to do the bits that this cannot do.It’s great to do a quick hoover and is great at mopping!!

To anyone thinking about this robot hoover she is AMAZING incredible the best thing I’ve brought, never ever write reviews on here but this needs to be praised its amazing and I love her already. If you want a hoover that really does it all for a very good price look no further.

Cleans much better than me or our cleaner, very smart to climb on heavy rugs, runners, however light silk rugs with fringed edges are still challenge.

Good on hard floors, not great at finding its way back to the dock. Faults on the carpets with “drive roller stuck” dose. It map as described as some others with 3D scanning it just bumps and changes directions

We call it the rat and it works perfectly. It has trouble with the sloped base of our kitchen bar stools so we put them on top of table before hand. Great product saves time.
