Great massager. Easily works out the knots in my neck and back. Gets rid of my aches & pains. Good value for the money. Easy to use. You can actually feel the heat.

I ordered this with high hopes that it would help with my migraines and tension headaches. I am not disappointed! I use it daily after work. The unit is well made and comfy to use.

I've been using back massagers for a good 10 yrs now & until I found Neckteck, I was buying a mas sager every 5 mos or dealing with the insurance you can purchase for them. Its really a pain in the arse. Then I bought my first neckteck 5 yrs ago. Lasted me 2 yrs & then finally puttered out. I bought another one that was supposed to be the same model but it was smaller. I do wish they would've kept the bigger model but it worked great & helped with the constant pain in my neck. I just received a new one today, even though the old one still works. It was getting rough looking. The new one does work differently. like it changes directions automatically. The older one you had to change the direction manually & I like to be in control of the direction it goes, so that sucked. Other than that, anyone buying a back mas sager, Neckteck is hands down the best mes-sager out there so far. That is, if this one lasts as the lasts 2.

I received this as a gift for Christmas for my husband as it was the talk of the town during this time and for the most part it does what it’s supposed to do it massages you I do think the cord is a little bit short though, so you don’t really have the flexibility of kind of moving around with it I also feel like the heating function is a bit off actually purchased one and sent it back thinking something was wrong with it but the heating function is there but it’s really really minimal other than that. It works great and helps relieve tension in your neck.

I love, love, love this massager. I am a traveling nurse and when I get home, this is my go to. I’ve bought one of these for my sisters, (I have 4) and will recommend this to anyone. Use it on your back, shoulders, pecs, buttocks, feet and you won’t be disappointed. 5/5 stars for sure!

So far this product has done its job very good. Due to its design you can really get a good deep massage on your neck and upper shoulders. It has exceeded my expectations...
