I suppose I lucked out on my timing when I jumped back into this hobby. I searched for a couple of weeks before deciding on Army Painter; then another week or so on the best starter set. This set for the price is the most complete starter set (at the time) available; I've received and been using since March 2020. None of bottles labels are of the new DnD labels they are of Army Painter's original label; no big deal. All the colors are perfect. Quality of paint, no issues, except, you must shake them then shake again. After a couple of months I did purchase a nail-polish electric shaker and it works perfectly mixing these paints and making them flow smoothly! I have since been adding to this collection singly from my local hobby store.

I have been on a splurge of writing reviews due to quarantine boredness. When I came to this purchase, I regretted now reviewing any earlier. I got into painting miniatures for D&D and noticed a lack of vibrant colors in my stash. No purples, blues, etc. These colors make painting monsters significantly more fun. Spiders ? Snakes ? Definitely a purchase for you. I will warn you, the brush is trash. I only use it to mix paint, don't expect any good use with it . Also, shake your bottle intensely, I didnt and the paint will come off watery. Overall, for the diversity of colors and cost, excellent purchase!

So in fairness, I use Citadel paint for my main paint, I decided to try these, due to the multitude of colors, and I use them to paint 1/64 scale diecast cars, not miniatures, so my review is based off that, these paints are quite nice, the colors are amazing, and I feel they are a nice addition to what I use now, the droppers are a nice feature, and as a heads up they do dry matte, or have thus far, definitely worth it for diecast car painting. Recommend, definitely.

These are really good paints , I haven't use another brand of model paints but I was able to paint 3d printed items with ease and good coverage

Bought this for my fiance who is just starting to paint minis. He loves the names of the colors and the variety. Only have to do a couple of coats to cover up the brush marks.

Very nice paints and I like the dropper bottle vs the paint pots.

Love this paint set! We actually already had several of these colors we had purchased individually, but they are such great colors we got the set anyways! Love it!

Me decidi a comprarlo sobre otros packs por la gama de colores que trae. Resultó perfecta para pintar hombres lagarto, no he tardado en usar todos los colores ya que son todos utiles y te permiten hacer mezclas más facilmente, la calidad de las pinturas es estupenda se agarra y cubre muy bien las miniaturas incluso en algunas miniaturas que tenia sin imprimar. También el detalle de incluir las 2 tintas lo convierte en un pack completo una más clara para colores calidos y otra más fuerte para colores frios, el efecto que consigue estas tintas es simplemente perfecto apenas manchan donde no deben ya que vienen preparadas, no necesitan diluirse

Wer Army Painter kennt weiß was er bekommt.Kaufe immer wieder gerne Produkte der Marke.Gerade als Starterset besonders geeignet.Farben decken gut und lassen sich auch einfach mischen. So kann man ganz leicht individuelle Farben herstellen.Versand ging wie gewohnt sehr schnell.

je n'ai pas testé le pinceau. mais sinon, l'ensemble des couleurs proposé permttent de créer les tons qu'on recherche. les 2 métalliques sont aussi utiles commes bases faire des effets metal avec d'autres teintes. Les 2 washes permettent de finaliser les figurines en leur donnant ombre et relief , à utiliser telles quelles.j'ai trouvé les peintures très bien mais je ne suis pas un spécialiste et je ne connais pas les autres marques. Mais je n'ai pas eu de problèmes pour étirer la peinture, les mixer, les diluer. L'utilisation des washes permet d'avoir un super résultat facilement et rapidement.Pour le prix c'est un set très bien pour commencer ou recommencer à peindre et ayant des résultats satisfaisants.

I can't recommend these paints enough. With 20 years of miniature painting under my belt I have used a lot of different acrylic paints and these top the list. The quality of the paints is brilliant- they cover really well from the first coat, their pigments are superb and there no lumps or thick spots. The starter box here gives enough colours to mix and match almost any shade, with 2 must-have inks for shading and highlighting details. Have a look at the photo yourself- each model was painted only using this box, and each one took half a day to complete! You'll be hard pressed to find better!!

Set perfetto per cominciare a dipingere miniature. La qualità del colore è ottima, così come il rapporto qualità-prezzo. Assolutamente consigliato.
