It's too thin, feels like it may break at times hen using...could add some more material to make it stiff...still it's doing its job. Have to handle very carefully...

Flimsy. Also the hand is too small. Good idea tho
The idea is great. To have a massage ball at one end and a back scratcher at the other, is a GREAT IDEA. But its:1) flimsy. Like its going to break. Easily. Cheap plastic.2) ugly. Its just...so ugly.3) the surface area is too small its a tiny hand that it does too little.
