MDC Mens Military Watch, Black Tactical Field Watch for Men, 12/24H Military Time Analog Watch with Day Date, Waterproof Work Watch with Black Nylon

I wanted to give this watch about a week on the wrist before giving my opinion on the watch. I base my decisions on a new watch off the price point and then the overall value that the watch offers for that price. For under $30, you're getting a really nice value in my opinion. The hardened mineral crystal is flat and clear which I like and I was not expecting to get any sapphire crystal at this price point so I have no complaints there. The day/date function is awesome as I like to have a date function. The day of week complication is just icing on the cake for me personally. I do want to point out that the case appears to be made of a metal alloy that gives this really nice sandblasted finish effect. Its not quite matte, not quite pearlescent, but gives some shine that looks great! The NATO strap that the watch comes on is nice quality and what I would expect if I were to pay $10-$15 for a strap from amazon so I appreciate the quality of the hardware on the NATO strap right out of the box. Being quartz, I can tell that this movement is decent, as there is little to no bounce in the second hand and I know the battery life will last for quite a long time before needing to be replaced. With 50M of water resistance, I don't have to worry about this watch being out in the rain or outdoors, which is great peace of mind. Lastly, the lume on the dial is quite bright for this price point. It's not BG9 superluminova or anything like that, but it glows brightly and lasts for a reasonable amount of time. Much longer than many other inexpensive watches I own that have lume on the hands/dial. Hope that helps! For an inexpensive field watch, I definitely recommend this one from MDC/Infantry!

Had this for a bit before I gifted away. The color was sleek and gorgeous, the size was great for a field watch, and the lume was more than serviceable. Neither of us had a problem with the mineral glass, but it would be nice to replace it with sapphire. The seconds hand doesn’t hit all the indices, but it hits close enough to most of them that it’s hard to complain. The accuracy is also very good.

A real nice watch ! Not a big price ! The adjustment was a little finicky but it worked fine !! It’s a nice bangin around watch!!

Nice watch. Not illuminated, but luminous hands and dial are easy to read at night. Day/date display is easy to adjust but must avoid doing so between 5PM and 9AM. Seems to be very accurate so far and time is fairly easy to synchronize. No problems with scratched crystal so far, and I wear this watch 24/7. Very long band should fit any size wrist.

I really like this watch from Infantry. It is a sleek, cool stealthy design that goes well with any kind of outfit. It's got a Japanese movement inside it so you know the minutes don't "jump" around when setting it. Also, the date function on mine is still working just great. It's also got mineral glass instead of acrylic. Comes on a nice NATO strap too! Hard to believe it's only 20 bucks.

Nice sized watch and guys like it, glass is not strong at all though, I dropped it and it cracked, but I liked it so bought another one, so just don’t drop it

I bought this watch in 2021. Good: I wear it often - it looks good, keeps accurate time, and is easy to read at a glance. Not good: it leaks easily and the day / date easily goes astray. - I like the watch! Given its issues, I only wear it at my desk or other gentle indoor activities. - Leaking: the watch has fogged up from water intrusion multiple times. I've never submerged it, never worn in the rain, never in the shower, etc. It seems to leak from sweat or an accidental splash in the sink. I take it off every time I wash my hands. When this happens I take the back off, keep in an airtight bag with some rice to absorb the water, and reassemble until the next time. :-) - Day / Date: after I reset the watch for Daylight / Standard time, I have noticed that the day and date reset to some random values. I then have to fiddle with them to correct. Once correct they stick until the next time change. One person's experience. :-)

If anybody out there is on the fence about getting this time piece don't be. This watch has a good weight to it. The second hand hits all of the markers precisely. My 300 dollar vaer c5 tactical doesn't even do that. Was surprised I got a mineral crystal instead of acrylic for the price I paid. With proper care this watch should last a long time. This purchase just goes to show.You don't have to spend a lot of money to get a good watch.

Aunque las partes metálicas de la correa se despintaron después de casi medio año de uso, no es un factor que haga menos al reloj, se puede cambiar con facilidad si así se desea.

Estuve buscando varias opciones para un buen reloj de campo y de repente apareció este y me pareció un total acierto: diseño simple pero al mismo tiempo con toda la información que necesitas sobre la carátula. El reloj se siente de gran calidad, el movimiento hace poquísimo ruido, me gusta que tenga profundidad la carátula, aprecio el lumen en todos los indicadores. Quizás lo único debatible es que puede ser muy grande para algunas muñecas, y el material de la correa es algo duro y delgado. Pero por el precio que estás pagando considero que estás obteniendo mucho reloj por el precio.

Watch arrived in less than 5 days from the states. Looks and feels great only time will tell on longevity and please read all the instructions on how to change date/time as they are generic and depending on which watch you purchased will depend on which instructions to use. As I got the watch with day as well as date I was a little confused till I skimmed through the unstructions and found the correct procedure for my style of watch. The black NATO strap really looks good with the brushed steel look of the watch. So pleased with it.
