Absolutely beautiful shower head and faucet combo! If you’re not sure if to go with this set just DO IT! It looks perfect in our new rr, was easy to install and the pressure from the shower head is amazing! Would definitely repurchase!Does not come with drain or side circular bathtub cap! (But you can find them in the same color for cheap at Lowe’s or Home Depot, or you can spray paint some)

I bought this set because I liked the style and the price was in my budget. Most of these brushed nickel sets are pricey so this once caught my attention. I read the reviews & some said that their contractor/plumber did not want to install this because it was cheap but since my husband & I are DIYing our bathroom reno, we decided to get it. OH we were wrong! Every negative thing other reviews have said about the quality is right. It is horrible. The diverter will leak because the threads are smooth. People have said they used plumbers tape to help remedy the issue but we choose to not do that because they product shouldn't need that to work! So we exchanged the item & the same issue happened with the 2nd set we received so I returned it for a refund. I just did not want to deal with that same problem again. I would not buy from this seller again. The savings is not worth the hassle and the frustration of a product that does not work and having to go through the return process.

I paid someone to install but they seemed to do it pretty easily. Looks good and price was great. On month 3 of using it and no probs. Lots of pressure.

10/12/20 - I am adding more information regarding this product. Unfortunately, I was not able to use the longer arm that the seller sent me as it is square and does not fit the original opening because the wall plate does not slide forward. I went ahead and purchased two other arms and am now waiting for them to be installed. In the meantime, I sent comments to the seller on 10/6 regarding new issues I have had with this product since the original issue of the shower arm. Now the knob that switches the valve from shower to tub and the wall plate are defective (see pictures).I purchased this shower/tub combination for my bathroom remodel which was completed on 8/29. The rotation knob that allows you to switch from shower to tub had a little cover on the bottom of it. That little cover has fallen off and now there is just an open hole. I was hoping I could get a replacement knob, but have not heard back from the seller (emailed them on 10/6). Bathroom remodels are very expensive, and honestly, I am very upset that I continue to have issues with this product. It looks very nice, but it has not held up well at all, and it's only been installed for about a month. I am also including a picture of the shower head arm plate that goes on the wall...as you can see it does not stay in place. I am very frustrated with this entire product. I am hopeful that the seller will respond since they were so responsive initially.Original comments below -We just finished remodeling our hall guest bathroom (see before and after pics) and love the way it turned out. We purchased this shower/tub combo and love the modern high end look it has. The pieces are all very sturdy and well made. My plumber commented how easy they were to install. I purchased the 8" shower head and had a question about swapping the arm to the one that comes with the 10" model and customer service was quick to respond! Will be sending me the longer arm. Thank you for your excellent quick resolution to my question. I will be remodeling my daughter's bathroom in a couple of weeks and will be purchasing another one of these (the 10" shower head though). Definitely highly recommend this product! Thank you :)

Last year during the pandemic we purchased 2 shower and 1 bath/shower combo for our new build. Finally after months of waiting for the completion of our new home. We were finally able to get the final process after the rough in. Unfortunately, all three shower valves leaked and we had to pull up brand new flooring. Now it has been a year since we purchased and the window of opportunity to return the fixtures is closed. Great looking, priced and packaged product… but…. In America most plumbing trim fits on a nipple that attaches to an elbow mounted behind the finished wall. This trim has a male attachment instead of female, and unless the plumbing fitting inside the wall is installed where it protrudes through and is only 1/2” inside finished wall it will require a “tub foot thread extension” because using the shortest coupling and nipple combo to cover the gap is too long.Long sorry short- ORDER THE FITTING I NOTE ABOVE OR TAKE SPECIAL CARE WHEN INSTALLING THE BRASS ELBOW/FITTING INSIDE THE WALL TO PERFECTLY MATCH UP TO THE PLUMBING TRIM.Outside of this little issue, the parts were awesome and great price!

The look of it and value are great, however I have 2 leaks coning out of the joints that I cannot stop. I used pipe tape for threads and tightened as much as I could without thinking it will break. I have some JB weld on it to slow down the leak until the seller gets back to me on replacement. I will gladly give this 5 stars if I can get this addresses.(Update) Seller sent out a new one promptly and everything works great!

The shower handle fixtures didn’t fit with the plate provided. My contractor tried everything and couldn’t make it work. I would love it if they could fix my issue and send me a new plate.Update, the seller has shipped me a replacement part to address the issue. I purchases two of these and they really are beautiful once installed.
