Tree swings are a great way to gain another source of enjoyment from your trees. However, not every tree is right for a swing. Inspecting the tree before installation is a must! Beech, oak, sycamore and Norway maple are suitable for rope swings, while pine, poplar, spruce, willow and silver birch should be avoided. The branch’s minimum thickness depends on the tree species, but, in general, it should be at least 8 inches thick. Ground Cover. Whether on purpose or by accident, sooner or later, children will fall from playground equipment, including rope swings, and the extent of their injuries will be determined, in part, by the condition of the ground beneath the swing. Inspect for the following hazards that may make injuries more likely: asphalt, concrete or other types of hard surfaces. Grass or bare earth covered with leaves is usually safe, although additional safety can be provided by loose-fill material, such as mulch, wood chips, shredded rubber mulch, or engineered wood fiber. Highlights: Water-resistant construction to help keep it lasting through the seasons Traditional hammock style keeps your little one sitting comfortably Can be hung from a tree limb or a beam Ideal to be used in outdoor playgrounds Designed for fun Suitable for children above three as well as adults Note: Do not leave child alone while in use.

Expectations blown away.
The plane was packaged very nice and the quality of the foam/construction is superb. You will need to calibrate the esc's throttle high/low point if you buy the ARF version. After 10 flights I am impressed by the planes flight characteristics. She is very predictable yet agile. You do need to keep the speed up or expect to tip stall. Also, she torques pretty good to the left when hand launching, so if this is something you are unfamiliar with, its something you should expect. Many folks have had issues with the props breaking. I broke one getting familiar with the proper throttle setting at launch, but have not broke one after 10 landings. Flare right and land in softer grass and you should be ok. Worst case, there are places you can buy the props.Overall I am pleased with the plane, especially the flight characteristics.

Another great Tex plane!
Great plane for the price. I own the spit, zero, and the bf109 and they are great planes. I fly my planes on a 2S 610mah rhino lipo (800mah turnigy for the zero) and they all fly great. This bird is not as pretty as the spit but it still is a great value. Highly recommend these planes but be sure to glide in for a landing with no power and flare up before hitting the ground as the props break a bit too easy.

Best value for great plane!
Stable and smooth. And while not for beginners, it's easy to fly in little to no wind- and so much fun! Fly on 3s battery for more power. Best value in its class by far compared to E-flite.

Excellent
Beautiful finish - Depron foam is ideal for this type of model. Durable and if it breaks, breaks cleanly so easy to fix and hard to see the damage since the finish is so good. The plane flies beautifully. All components are high quality. I added a small 3 axis Gyro next to the ESC and it stabilizes very well. The battery compartment has a lot of room so a wide choice of batteries - Hobbyking.com has a good selection of 7.4V / 800mah batteries. I actually used two cells soldered together - 2 x 1S Turnigy nano-tech 1200mah round lipo to get a longer flight time. they fit fine.[...]Also, the Spitfire is as good as this plane. I have both.
