Best heavy duty phone case for iPhones. Hands down.
If you’re hesitating, DON’T. You really have to buy it to see for yourself. This will absolutely save you a ton of distress, guaranteed.I haven’t tried the otter box or any other heavy duty cases for the iPhone- but honestly, I DO NOT NEED TO. I had this exact style case for my last iPhone (iPhone 7 Plus) and let me tell you, I never wanted to take it off. Yes, it’s a wee bit bulky, but TRUST. If you’re a klutz like me, or work in a fast faced environment where you’re prone to a little slip here and there, this is exactly what you’re looking for. I’m not proud of this, but I literally must have dropped my phone more than a dozen times. And it must’ve whipped out of my hand quite a few. And still, after all that, absolutely nothing happened to my phone. No scratches, cracks, issues with volume, etc. The case itself was hella beat up- the color peeled, scratches, nicks, etc- but that’s literally the point. Case saved my iPhone time and time again. Really served its purpose. And my old iPhone was in such great condition that I was able to trade it in for the new iPhone 11, hence my repurchase of the updated case. No hesitation at all- I literally looked up this brand to see if they made one for the 11, and bought it on the spot. Hopefully, I’ll be treating my new iPhone a little better, but just in case again, I’m SO thankful for this case. It’s really a steal for the price- and more than a great value- I really consider it one of my greatest discoveries in life. Haha!P.S! LIFETIME WARRANTY!!! Can’t beat that with a bat!

Unfortunately, there is a major design flaw
This case would be perfect except for a big design flaw. The iPhone 11 has a small switch on the upper left-hand, outer edge, right above the up volume button, that switches the phone into silent mode. I love this switch and use it all the time. It's extremely handy. I can easily switch my phone to silent for meetings, early mornings (when I don't want to wake up the wife) and during shows (when not in quarantine). This phone case does have an opening for that switch but's it's way too thick and I'm not able to reach the button. So basically, while this case is on the phone, I'm not able to use the switch at all. This is a major flaw because I use that switch so often. It should have been designed in with a slope on both sides so the switch can be reached. Not having that switch access is a deal breaker for me. In retrospect, I wish I had purchased a different case. Instead of returning it, I tried carving out the hole. This worked fairly well, but it's ugly as you can see from the pictures. I tried cutting it evenly, but my blade wasn't sharp enough and the end result looks like it was chewed up by a rat. I would recommend using a very sharp exacto blade, if you're going to try this, but you're almost certainly going to cut your hand, so I'd be very careful, or wear anti-cut gloves while doing this.

Protective!
I'm pretty happy with this case! I like that it has a little spot between the TPU and the hard shell that you can place the included metal plate to use with magnetic mounts. That being said, if you use the plate, you'll need to remove the back part from the case if you want to use wireless charging. Since I rarely use wireless charging, no issue for me.I remember one review showed a guy mutilating his case so he could get to the DND switch....He must have REALLY fat fingers as I (a fellow guy) have no issue flipping the switch even with freshly clipped finger nails. The only con I have for this case for me is that is was a bit too smooth in the back, so I bought some "Dragon Grips" adhesive stickers on Amazon. Short review of is that they're good for adding texture-type grip rather than what I was hoping for (more of a rubber-y type of situation?) but works well enough for me to be happy with.Overall I'm pretty happy with the case. It is on the heavier side, so you'll want to get magnetic mounts with a good amount of magnets. For my and my wife's vehicles, I bought 2 of the Wizgear mounts that are rectangular. It has enough magnetic attraction that my phone doesn't go anywhere in this heavier-duty type case.I bought a little magnetic mount for my computer desk and while it does work, I have to have the angle kind of shallow else the case will eventually slide off the mount, even with the grip adhesive stickers. The cameras are sufficiently "protected" by being inset in the case and there's also little riser bits on the corners to elevate the back off the surface. There's also enough of a lip in the front to help protect the front glass if you don't have a tempered glass protector on the display, though you won't have any scratch protection in that event.

Saved my phone!
I still have no idea how, but I lost my phone at Badlands National Park last week. I had bought this case in Nov & loved it for use with my magnetic mount. It was not mounted when I lost it. I had just taken pics at an overlook and when we pulled into the next one, I couldn’t find my phone anywhere. A man from another car that was behind us said he saw it fall out my window and “break into a million pieces”. I was speechless and heart-broken, mainly bc of my pics/vids from our road trip... but it was an iPhone 11 also and I hadn’t fully paid for it yet. I had insurance so w/ “find my iPhone” app on my friend’s phone, we went back to look for it. The app doesn’t ever show the exact location but after 30 mins, I finally saw part of the case on the side of the road. The case had split into its 2 pieces and the silver part was very bent (but not broken into pieces). But my phone!!! Not even the tempered glass screen was cracked. The glass of my phone was 99% perfect, including the camera lenses. There was a tiny scuff mark in one corner. That’s it, after somehow getting launched from my car, prob driving 35 mph. I could not be more thankful! I am buying another one to replace it because I trust it will keep my phone safe. Highly recommend, esp for the price!
