Ok so mostly it's right on, and works just as they says it would. And I love it over all but it's not 100% I would give it 3.5-4.0center console latch has come loose very very very easy it is also not watertight and in the process a flipping it over intentionally to test the tipping point and re-entry in a safe and secure area the center console come loose and floated away from the kayak I luh kelis touched it with my leg cuz the water was quite murky in that area and caught it with my legs when I realized what it was.The two small patches on the top of the console also open very easy and one of them I had two of my scrubbers in I did not retrieve the scrubbers.front hatch was the most watertight and only let in maybe a glass or two of water in the 30 seconds or so maybe a minute that it was tipped upside down the rear storage compartment filled almost completely full of water in the bag plus let a large amount of water into the kayak in the short time it was flipped upside down.The rear storage compartment is anything but watertight in fact it almost seemed like it was sucking water in as fast as water got inside the kayak.Overall the kayak is fairly well built but the plastic is very very soft and scratches easy they say to use a hair dryer on it to melt the scratches back into place which ought to give you an idea of just how soft of plastic it is if a hairdryer can reform the scratches smooth.Even with the downsides of this not being his water tight as I thought it should be losing my scrappers in the center console coming off when it was upside down I'll find a way to attach it permanently was probably a small wire screwed into the center console in the other end into the kayak that still allows it to open but if it comes off stay attached.or I might do what many others have done in permanently fix the front half of the center console down

Upon doing lots of research on kayaks for 250+ lb people, I settled upon the seaghost 130. The price to feature ratio is amazing. I was looking at the bonafide 127, however it didn't come with nearly as much, for about $800 more. The seaghost is a fairly fast maneuvering boat, and the rudder works great, once setup properly. The only major downside to this that I have come across is the left rail for the food rest has some flex to it. Not sure how it will last in the long run, but have heard nothing but great feedback from vibes customer service. I have mine kitted out for fishing, and it is a beast to lug around. If you go with this kayak, do yourself a favor and look into kayak carts, or make sure to unload close enough to the water to make dragging it to the water easier.

We love our Vibe Sea Ghost 130's. We got 2, his and hers, and we've been out on the water nearly every sunny day since they arrived. The storage capacity is huge and the handling on water is agile for a kayak this large. The new upgrades for 2019 are also fantastic. Improved handles fore, aft, and sides. Better hatch seals. Hinged console lid. You can't get close to matching the features, build quality, speed, capacity, and stability on any other kayak for under $1800.UPDATE: Two months of use and we only have come to enjoy the Sea Ghost even more as we compare to others on the water. The hauling capacity, tracking, and stability has attracted the attention of more than a few people. Plenty of space for camping items, beach chairs, coolers, and fishing gear. The only problem is we need a bigger truck to haul everything we put on them. You can't find a bigger bang for your dollar or more fun on the water than this. Also, Vibe's customer service is fantastic! Try one...Good Vibes!

This boat is very wide and sits high as a canoe in the water. Very comfortable with lots of storage place for overnight camping along side the river. It has a lot of surface area riding on the water and gets pushed around by faster moving water. It can take a faster moving current as long as you adjust for sharp turns in the river. The best thing I liked was how it handled large standing waves. It chewed the up. Hardly any water came over the top of the bow. My buddies kayak, which sits much closer to water level took the same wave to his chest, submerging the front of his boat. Haven't fished with it yet, but I'm sure it'll pass with flying colors. Worth every penny.

This on is my second one. Some low life stole my first. The kayak is well built, sturdy and water tight. My 6 year old can paddle and control it very well. I have also let my 12 year old daughter ride with me in the back where my dog usually rides and it still tracks well and just as easy to paddle and control as if with one person. We did a water tight test all hatches and compartments stayed dry. I did have to adjust the rudder peddles and the rudder release on this one were I Did not have to adjust on the first one. I would recommend engraving some sort of ID on several places as for future recovery if every stolen ( not sure if the serial number could possible be removed if stolen. ) I hot branded mine in several locations which turned out pretty sweet. Some things need to be retightened after the first use. My foot peg rail is a little wobbly. I weigh 250 lbs and attempted to stand. A bit scary at first but it was fairly stable. Didn’t feel comfortable enough to cast standing up. The seat back would slip backwards a lot throughout the trip, but most seats tend to do that for me. The rudder and rudder deployment system needed to be installed and there were no instructions, but I’m fairly handed and figured it out on my own. It’s less complicated than it looks. It’s surprisingly light for its size. Fishing poles can be slid down into the body of the kayak from the from compartment. One pole did slide too far back and I had to feel around for it.
