Hi everyone, I am Deepesh back with another review,Talking about this product this is a budget islolate protien, i have been using this since 1 month and seen some drastic changes in my body.My transformation works on a perticular basis where my weight is 90kg and height is 6'3,When i started intake nakpro i took 2 scoops a day which gave me around 53 grams of protien and rest i have covered with my diet.About product :-1. I have been using Nakpro whey isolate since last 1 year. No complaints at all. Their chocolate flavour is definitely good . Strawberry was not good.

Good flavor (cookies and cream)Good results - Used it for a month, gained 2.5kgs and visual results were great as wellGood pricing - No other product with good results had this pricingAfter effects - Did notice a huge increase in acne. was completely acne free for a good 3-4 months until I started using this product. have used other protein powders and acne wasn't a problem at all. Be aware of this as I found it to be the biggest downside of using this product.Digestion issues - Doesn't sit right with the stomach at all

Even though the taste is good, but it causes severe bloating and constipation. I had irritable bowel movements after taking this for 5-6 days at a stretch. Also had flatulence and the stinking farts made me disgusted with myself.After leaving it , I noticed I had no problem in poopijg and farting problem is also gone. Don’t take protein powder if you can fulfil your needs through food. But if you really need one, go for OG.

it has artificial sweetner as per my knowledge.actually tastes like mango .pretty expensice though

I bought nakpro mango flavour which is good and here we start some q and ans.Q1. does this supplement a worth buying?A. Yes no doubt it is.Q2 how was the result?A. Let me explain you a simple thing about these supplement market, no genuine and good whey supplements will never increase your weight by 3 to 4 kgs if it does trust me ther is something fishy with those supplement either they are mixed with hormone growth factors or it must be a mass gainer filled with glucose and other factors. A good supplement for beginners it will make you increse about 2 to 3 kgs and for moderate builder for about 1 kg and accordingly for advance builder, and yes the result was perfect and good.Q3.diggestion issues?A. Depends on individual but for me it was ok.Q4. When to take?A. If you are with any medical condition like thyroid or any such issues better consume between noon to night. Cause it will interfere with your regular morning medication not just this but any supplement and if you are fine it's your choice just do some research.And finally this product is as good as costly supplements, I'll try this supp till they increase the price.Suggestion: you need 25 grms of protien at one time that's it, y you want to go for high price supplements. trust me, I used many of those high priced forign brands, but this thing will gives you same result.whey protein will increase muscle size and you will increase your weight in muscle.Unlike mass gainer so b patient and focus on long term slow weight gain in muscle which is good.Overall my experience with this supplement was good and I had a good result in a month.Thankyou and bye.
