The BEST Health Mix I found after trying various options - Go for it :-)
I usually prepare health mix manually in our house for our baby for hygiene and purity reasons. I prepared myself in home with several healthy ingredients for several months. But also whenever I am unable to prepare it manually in home, have tried different health mixes from shops and online. But this Vayam Health mix stands out and equals the quality of home made mix. Also the kid liked it very much and using it daily one feed minimum for last 1 year. Another good point to note is, they prepare this health mix only after we make our order. So it generally takes 4 to 6 days for them to prepare and deliver, so that we get fresh product. Due to this, you also need to ensure to order it a week before the previous stock exhausts. I suggest to "go for it" and you will feel great for sure

Good health drink
It’s a good health drink which helps me stay hydrated during the day. Tastes well with milk and jaggery. Helps me stay within the calorie limit as it’s a rich drink.

Try 1 time, if you feel bit costly or taste is not upto the mark then prepare yourself in your home
Taste is good most of the time with hot water & brown sugar (country sugar/nattu sakkarai). Hardly it took only 3 to 5mins for preparation. It's healthy while comparing other snacks/junk foods, so it's worth to try. But Iittle bit costlyNote: Product will be shipped after 3 to 5 days of our order so I hope it's prepared once we placed the order. So product will reach us little bit late.Also product validity only last 3 months so it seems logical & good from my point of view.

Its a good porridge mix , healthy and nutritious . I find it a little expensive as if you have everyday it gets over in a weeks time.

Tried sooo many health mix availabile in market but this is the best so far. We have been consuming homemade health mix for many years.. but it involves a lot of time and effort to make. This vayam health mix tastes exactly ( or maybe even better) like the one made by my grandma. From now my family is going to start using Vayam instead of making at home. For the taste and quality price is great! Thank you vayam for the wonderful product!

Caution!
This mixture used to be good! I have ordered it several times and it was a good and quick breakfast option. But the latest order has raised serious doubts about it as the mixture was worm infested!! Disappointed to say the least.
