This is my 2nd time buying this umbrella. I loved the first one, it held up well in our coastal wind and gave great shade. Unfortunately, after two years a part inside the pole broke and I couldn’t repair it. I decided to give it another try. The 2nd one arrived with a disconnected cord and couldn’t open. The seller was very responsive and quickly sent me a replacement. But the 3rd umbrella also had issues-the crank handle popped off and wouldn’t stay in place. I had to secure it with a string to make it usable.While the product quality has been frustrating, I really appreciate how responsive and helpful the customer service team has been. They went above and beyond to resolve the issue. That level of support definitely deserves recognition. I’m giving four stars for the excellent service. I do hope their quality control improves in the future. When this 3rd one eventually gives out, I’d still consider buying from them again. That's how much I liked the design and how much I appreciate their service.

It's very a durable and good looking umbrella. Assemble is easy and the stand holds umbrella well, but still need to get sand bags to put on top of the stand so it will hold even better. Weight of umbrella is heavy and good quality. This umbrella is super big and it protects me really well from sunlight. Function is straight forward. Umbrella is very easy to scroll up and down. Great price for the value.

This is a great umbrella that looks sleek and can be easily set up in a few minute. Good to use for pool parties, on patio or street vendors. It is not very heavy but very steady and does not wobble. Can be easily tilt to one side and provide coverage for a large area. Highly recommend it.

This works great for the price. We have a much more expensive cantilever umbrella for another area of our home and it was such a pain to put together and requires some muscle to open up, also needing so much space for the “wingspan” of the umbrella to open. This is a much better option for our side yard and although it is lighter and less expensive, it still feels like a nice umbrella and doesn’t come across as cheap. It cranks super easy to open and close and covers such a huge amount of area. It offers great sun protection when the sun is directly overhead so my kids can play outside. It was incredibly simple to put together which was nice. I opted not to even fill the provided sandbags and just throw some prepackaged sandbags in there instead. I added the cover over them on the base and it worked great.

Looks great - color as described and great size. I may have missed it in the description but the base is a frame with a CANVAS shell and its bags you are supposed to fill with sand. Wish it had wheels to easily move it around but probably would have added cost. I was hoping it would fit in my pool sleeves but the pole diameter is larger than the sleeve. Ugh the bars continue to fall out when you close the umbrella it’s extremely frustrating they don’t stay attached. So we are constantly putting them back on - not sure why the bars are not one solid piece!We will see how long it lasts in the AZ sun. Overall seems ok.
