Haven't left a review on Amazon before because most of the items I buy have tons of them, but figured I'd help out with this product. I train kickboxing and some MMA, and needed a cup for my first upcoming fight. Looking at some of the reviews or different shorts with built in cups, a few said that the cups moved around a lot and things were getting pinched and smashed, which is not something I was happy about. It seemed there were also other issues with shorts not working well with some cups and visa versa. I came to these ones and decided to give them a shot. After purchasing, but before I received them, a friend of mine that uses a standalone cup/strap said it was a bad idea getting shorts like this because the cup doesn't stay put, so I was a bit worried.Got these, and after the first few days training, no issues at all with the cup moving while working out, and it's pretty comfortable. Once I really turned on the kickboxing workout, I completely forgot it was there. I've never really worn a cup before, so I thought it was going to be awkward and take time to get used to, but it was fine. Super happy with it.Right now I probably wear a 32-34. Medium fits great.

The boxer compression short itself is awesome. It really feels like its is made from a heavier grade, quality compression short material. The cup holder inside is also well made.My only issue is that the MEDIUM shorts automatically come with a LARGE Ultra Carbon Flex Cup. The large cup is obscenely huge, like really big. I had to buy a medium air core cup separately, which fit perfectly. The medium Ultra Carbon Flex Cup would probably be a better match, even though the sizing chart claims that it is for boys ages 10-14...

I wear this when I'm sparring for Tae Kwon Do, and the cup stays in place despite the various kicks and maneuvers. I've also had the unfortunate experience of a direct kick to the groin, and the cup worked perfectly and I believe I will still be able to father children.I'm 5'11, 190 lbs, 32 in waist, and the medium fits perfectly.

Not your conventional jock strap/cup. Very comfortable, fits great. The cup is the most durable I’ve ever seen.

I'm completely satisfied well worth the money I have been a pro wrestler for 4yrs and have worn a cup in every single match you'll never hear of a pro wrestler wearing a cup but I find it more comfortable to have one on I have tried several different ones with no success they always moved and were very uncomfortable but this one provides everything that you can want to protect your junk stays in one place and feels really good as far as the cup goes and you don't have to worry about a big bulge in your pants the Y strap keeps it firm to your body and in the proper place no complaints
