I ordered it from canada and had a friend bring it to me to test my drinking water. It was easy to operate, came with complete instructions. I feel comfortable with results. I tested both the drinking water and tap water.

It is made in China
HoneForest water/temp. Meter read a bottle of mineral water at 55 ppm. To my surprise, my seven cartridges filter water as 100 ppm. Wonder if it is actual??
