For the most part it works.

I have been using these wax strips for years. They are great! Instead of rubbing the strip between your hands to warm up the wax, I always use my blow dryer! I simply place the strip on the counter top, place my hair dryer on "HOT", and then take 10-15 seconds of the hot air blowing on the strip from an inch distance away. Works great! You pull the strip apart and the wax is warm and gooey. Then place on hair and press down firmly, waiting for wax to melt (approx. 30-45 seconds) and then pull!

I've been using these body strips for at least 15 years... for my face. I ain't gonna sugar coat it, I don't have that cute peach fuzz kind of hair, I have the dark thick hair pretty much from the brow down and I'm the kinda girl that prefers no hair anywhere below my brows (I nair my arms too). Ive tried the sally hansen strips meant for my face but they don't seem to work as well and they're too small. These strips are awesome because you can cut them to whatever size you need. Used properly, heat between hands, place on area, rub in direction of hair growth and pull in opposite direction of growth and voilá hair is gone, even the thick ones. Now of course there's always a few hairs that hang on for dear life and need a good tweezing but this product has always made my skin feel smooth and clean for up to a couple weeks. Simply use the little bottle of blue oil to remove excess wax and to prevent bumps on my face I use a little spot benzoyl peroxide pimple cream I have and it works like a charm. Although, I know my skin well and what works for me. Just beware, certain areas of the face are more sensitive than the rest so I'll use a strip I used on a tougher area then use it again on the sensitive area so i don't end up with a 'burn ' mark, which has definately happened for as long as I've been using them. This thing works great with the big size strips but quantity is very misleading. 2 major issues -- 3 two-sided big strips (Total 6) which are ideal for the body. Rest 12 two-sided (Total 24) strips are too small for any area in the body. Small sizes are just little lengthier in size than any face wax strips and also not so sticky- All 2 sided strips have one very sticky strip and other always less sticky and not so efficientThe wife felt that this wax strip worked great with the big sized ones in the box, even better than Veet ones. I wish they had kept that size more in the box. 3 two-sided big strips are very insufficient for any waxing needs. It doesn't suffice for even both legs below the elbow. Misleading quantity in the box.

I tried these on underarms and bikini area, with hair of varying lengths and textures but always longer than the recommended 1/4”. Each experience was equally disappointing.If you want to spend your evening waxing the same spot over and over again, removing ~10% of the hair with each pass, before finally giving up and tweezing out the remainder, these are for you. They work a bit better in areas where you can use two hands, one to stretch the skin and the other to pull the strip. So they’re even worse for underarms where you’ve only got one hand. But the benefit is marginal and you’ll end up wasting half an hour on the slow torture of tweezing out hairs one by one either way. Plus your body and your countertop will be sticky for the next day and a half, so you’ll be reminded of the ordeal every time you move.Calling these “waxing” strips is false advertising. On the plus side, they don’t hurt very much, since they’re not actually pulling out any hair. But overall it’s a lot more painful and prolonged than just using hard wax like the good lord intended.
