I bought this as I have recently purchased a 1962 Massey Ferguson 35 tractor. I found the book to be just ok , I suppose I was expecting better diagrams and pics to help follow progress on different jobs to be done.

This was a gift for a neighbour but he was chuffed to bits with it

Excellent read and level of information

The author obviously knows his stuff, both forwards and backwards.But this is reflected in his writing as it's not a true workshop manual. He rambles about unimportant stuff, while skipping over essential procedure or time-lines necessary to achieve an accurate strip or rebuild. Many of the pictures do little to help, and there are no exploded views.Better to spend the money on a real manual.

this manual is a great help for anyone owning or wishing to repair there mf 35.the photos are of superb quality and the paragraphs relating to the pictures are full of useful info.i dont think i have seen a work manual linking the pictures to the writing so well .a must have manual for massey ferguson owners .
