I am giving my opinion after one month use (without Gym) of this product.Getting genuine packaging and with product code to verify.For beginers, 1st week feel something slightly different in digestion. flavour is yummy chocolate, which is nice.Mixability is also good and main point is , it's effective for me.I can feel that in my body 👍Before buying this product I was worried about digestion of any gainer but after one month use I am confident and I will continue this gainer.

ok but didn't make as much difference as it should have

The flavor is really good I liked it as it is chocolate flavor now the main part is I mixed it with milk banana and some nuts and I took twice a day .....hard to say it has a dramatic change but slight change in my muscles in this 1 month ....really good for beginners,just go for it withouthesitation....if we want more of a change try to take 3 to 4 times a day and take more carbs and protein in your diet.
