Dalia is good. A healthy alternative to rice for diabetics. I make upma with this dalia. Also have it for my meals as a replacement for riceGlycemic Index of Barley is +/-25 which is 1/3 of wheat I.e. 75So definitely a good alternative for lunch. It's gluten free too.Helps lose weight too because smaller qty helps you stay full f longer duration
