Rolling Cart Rolling Nest for Large Kamado Grills, Big Green Egg Accessories Powder Coated Best Casters

I purchased this replacement stand for our Kamado Joe of 18+ years. Even when new, the original stand was "rickety". The wheels slowly disintegrated with patio use (bearings and wheels) and gave out completely early this year.This stand was purchased after reviewing everything available on Amazon. I'm glad we did. The quality far surpasses our original. The frame appears to be nearly indestructible and the upgraded wheels will outlast my wife and I. The Kamado Joe fits perfectly and the fear of accidentally tipping the grill when moving it is a thing of the past.This is a quality stand. Worth every penny. I'd buy it again, but in truth, I'll never have to. It's that good . . .

Same experiences as other reviewers. Pretty beat up box. No instructions. Watched the you tube videos and got it assembled in about 30 minutes. Had to Go back and fix one step.Once assembled, really like it. Soooo much better than the original. Sturdy. Real wheels and moves smoothly.Like it a lot and would purchase again if needed.

I have not put the grill on it yet, but the I am very happy with the stand. It is very sturdy and have no doubt it was a good purchase at $107. I was very impressed with the quality of the casters and the urethane wheels and it rolls very smoothly. The powder coat was marred in some areas which I attribute to the minimal packaging. Neither the individual pieces of metal nor the sets of metal were fully wrapped which caused this. The pieces of metal near the caster were also not fully powder coated on some supports, but was covered up when the pieces were fully assembled. Additionally, the bag containing the nuts, bolts and washers was ripped and some of these parts were loose in the packaging, but there were extras and was not a problem. The item I received did not have instructions, and I am sure this would not have been a huge deal, but I did a internet search and found a video assembly guide by the company on YouTube ([...]). Overall, I consider this a great buy for the price.***UPDATE***I have had the grill on the stand for several months, and can say that it moves very well over small bumps and joints in concrete. The brakes on one of the wheels folded in and is useless, but for the price (especially what BGE is charging for their stand) I cannot take away a star.

The design and study design.

It cannot be assembled. The parts do not fit. Does not come with instructions but a youtube video made it easy to put together until you get to the wheels and brace assembly. The cross bars are not long enough. They do not pay to ship it back and the cost to ship it is about as much as it costs so it's barely worth it send it back and nobody at Aura returns a call. NEVER AGAIN !!

Bought this rolling nest for my large green egg March 2021 the wheels were an older version that didn’t hold up I contacted the company Aug 2024 they sent me new wheels in three days. What a great company that stands behind their product.

I was so pissed off when this product arrived. Just like other reviews said, the box arrived in awful condition, worst package I have received from Amazon...by far. Then I open it up and there are no instructions, just a link to a website (I like instructions, printed out). That being said, the link was easy to follow. The product was put together in very little time. Best of all, this product fit my Big Green Egg like a glove! It makes my egg very easy to move around (I used to have a big bulky table for it).Overall review, great product...worth the money.

I have not yet put my BGE on it and have some negatives already; (1) box was destroyed...when I picked it up stuff fell out. When I checked turns out everything was received. The packaging is awful. (2) No instructions. There is an assembly video on Youtube but it is pretty bad, (3) assembly was horrible. Some of the holes were hard to line up and the thick metal is hard to force into place. I would not buy for this reason alone. Next, I will put my BGE on it...I wonder what I will discover during that. Not recommended due to horrible assembly experience. UPDATE May 2021: I need to replace some hardware. All the bolts have rusted. One snapped so that is the priority for fixing. Wheels are still good (they roll) but wheel housings have also corroded. The black steel has some rust but not much and the amount is acceptable as the BGE sits out in the open with a cover only over the egg. Review of 3 stars is still appropriate.
