The clay mask is fantastic. It has a luxurious and rich texture that's easy to apply, like a liquid foundation. I used it for about 15 mins to really let my skin detox, but keep in mind this process can be intense. I've done a lot of detox and filter my water, so my skin sensitivity can handle this kind of detox.It's quite intense, and esp if it's your first time I would recommend mixing this with a creamy face wash to reduce the intensity for people with sensitive skin. The directions say to keep it on for 5 mins, because this is usually when the detox starts to fully kick in and start to feel a burning sensation. Mixing it with a natural cream-based face wash will help reduce the intensity and help you keep it on longer. Also, if it burns, rinse your skin with cool water, as using lukewarm water (or warmer) will intensify any burning sensations. Warm water is okay for me, but my sister is pretty new to this and she said it burned even more when are rinsed with warm water, lol.Detoxifying masks are great. It can be a surprising experience at first when it burns. You can use less to reduce the intensity, or mix it with a natural cream or oil. It's helped improve my skin hydration and elasticity, as well as reduced my acne, skin sensitivity, and excessive oil production. Cheers!

I've spent a lot of time at the Dead Sea and usually fly back with several packages of Ahava mud, which is unfortunately too expensive in the States. I'm so happy to find this mud at an affordable price by this seller!If you've never done a mud mask before, PLEASE TEST ON A SMALL PATCH OF SKIN FIRST, like on the neck, to see if your skin tolerates it.I've got very sensitive skin and I experience zero issues. But some people have mentioned burning, and this is not the product's fault -- either their skin just doesn't tolerate it, or they left it on too long.I've seen pics of people applying thick, heavy layers of the mud. DON'T DO THAT! You need only a few dabs and then spread them out. It should be a thin layer that dries within a minute or two, then leave it on for a few more minutes and wash it off.The people in the pics put on a thick layer that took too long to dry, and so they ended up having the mask on too long. DON'T DO THAT!After the mud, my skin feels and looks tighter and cleaner, without the harsh scrubbing of an exfoliant.FOLLOW UP WITH A MOISTURIZER after the mask.KEEP JAR SEALED TIGHT so mud doesn't dry out!

I know it's mud but it's ruining my tub this thing only comes out with a lot of bleach which is not good for the grout I'm sure the product is great I just won't buy it again

No complaint over here! I love this face mask, especially for the price. I struggled with cystic hormonal acne most of my life adolescent and early adult life (which, disclaimer, nothing but a dermatologist is going to cure cystic acne, check out curology if it’s severe... just trust me that there is no shortcut there, i tried for years) and this mask helps improve my overall texture/clear up little period break outs that happen to slip past my derm cream. I will say that this is NOT for those with sensitive skin, there is a lot of salt in this and my skin stings a little if I leave it on more than 20 minutes. But overall I notice improvement in my skin the very next day! I do this mask about once a week. I will definitely purchase more when I run out. A very solid addition to the skincare routine of anyone with oily, stubborn, big pored, acne prone skin.

I've used a lot over the years products (Dead sea mud face mask), most very hard to remove. This one is easy, it goes on thin but it does better than the thick mud. This products has no other ingredients just 100% natural organic dead sea mud, you do need to use a moisturizer right after "No Big Deal". Great price + Great product. I saw results just in two weeks of use, my skin never looked better an my sister noticed & didn't say a word. You too should give it a try.

I used this in Israel as a teenager and it does wonders to your skin the longer you use it. I love it. I use to see it on the sea shore at the Dead Sea
