Keratin Hydrating Hair Mask with 12 Exotic Oils and Natural Ingredients for Dry or Damaged Hair, 4.5 oz

I paid full price for my conditioner, and no one has paid me for my review. Firstly, I received the product quickly, and it was nicely packaged. Secondly, I purchased this product because I needed a good conditioner. I had recently received a conditioning treatment from a salon; however, I lost all of the benefits from that process after dying my hair. I dyed my hair to cover old blondish highlights that were making me look washed-out. Thus, my hair has been throught a lot of processing. It was also too dark after I dyed it, and I used clarifying shampoo to take out some of the extra color so that it would look more natural. That worked, and my hair is now a rich, dark brown. I would like this color to last.I used quite a bit of the product and really worked it through my hair. I used a little bit more on the left side, and I can tell the difference. Next time, I will be sure to use more on the right side in order to get the same softness all over. My hair IS soft, and it feels healthy. I also love the smelll of this product--it is a floral scent, and it reminds me of creams that I had when I was a child. I think the smell is very pleasant. Will I buy this product again? Absolutely.

First of all, not much product so pay attention to the size, because I didn't. I was sold by the great reviews and particularly about the smell. In fairness, I don't like the smell of most hair products, but this stuff was weird. Smelled like Elmers glue and bubblegum. But, I wanted to give it a shot on my coarse, think, damaged hair. Well, this was not for me. Most deep conditioning products with numerous oils have a smooth, slick consistency that coats and detangles your hair almost immediately. This didn't. I left it on for 10 minutes. The best way I can describe the texture of the product was "sticky". I always work through in my hair. Let's just say it didn't glide through my hair. After rinsing, more pulling trying to get a comb through my hair, which frankly doesn't even happen with cheap drugstore brands. It didn't do anything to tamp down the frizz. I will say, it did make my hair softer, hence 2 stars and the smell is long lasting which is only a plus if you like it. Sorry, I just didn't.

I read good things about this so I thought I'd try it...I have very thin, highlighted hair that is very dry and I have to be careful with a lot of products because my hair gets greasy very easily..I have to wash it everyday because of this. Anyway, I received this conditioner and I tried it out this morning for the first time. At first I was nervous because as I was rinsing it out after about 5 minutes , it almost felt like there was a waxy residue ..i just took time to make sure it was thoroughly rinsed. I combed my hair and once it dried I noticed my hair felt silky and smooth and had clean fresh scent to it. Im really excited about this and looking forward to what it will do After some more uses. I also got a very nice email from the company after I received it asking me to let him know if I liked the product or not and thanking me for purchasing. So far I'm really digging this stuff!

Sadly this mask didn't came thru for my hair. I have straight, colored and thick hair. My hair it's not damaged at all, but I always look for some extra shine. I applied after using my everyday shampoo and let sit for 10 min before washing it out. While rinsing the mask I noticed my hair was kind of stiff. I removed all that I could and used my usual conditioner which brought my hair back to been smooth. I tried to use it again a second time, but the same thing happened again. To make sure the problem was my hair and not the mask I asked my 12 yr old daughter that has straight, thick, and virgin hair to try it. After her hair dried it looked puffy and with no shine, actually it looked lifeless. Every one has different hair types, so I guess it could work for somebody else with a completely different hair type than mines and my daughter's. I will not buy this product again and certainly not recommend to anyone.

I love how this conditioner makes my hair feel. Combined with the leave in conditioner, I have to say it's the first in a long time, I have found prducts that really help my hair. I have fine, but frizzy hair, so finding something to help the frizz but not excessively weigh it down is a challenge and this has certainly done the trick. A little goes a long way, the conditioner is so thick! I only wash my hair twice a week, and even though this is a heavy conditioner, I can still stick to that schedule, while other conditioners seem to make it attract dirt and not last. And what great price! i have tried numerous products and never been this happy!

This is the best hair mask on the market and I feel like I've tried them all. I ordered the entire line after buying this. It saved my hair. Due to an injury, I have to sleep with a heating pad around my neck which dried my hair out. This product brought it back to the long silky smoothness it used to be. At my hair dresser's recommendation, I put it in dry at night, tie it up in a bun, and wash it out in the morning and my hair is beautiful again. I do this a couple times a week. A little gets on your pillow case but washes right out. Or you could just follow the directions. Either way, I'm in love.

So far I really love this hair masque. It smells wonderful and my hair is soft and full-bodied (I have very fine, curly hair).I am curious to see how it does longer term. Often something starts out fantastic but then stops working quite as well. Anyone else ever have that happen?If I continue to like it I hope to try their other products!UPDATE - several weeks now and I've used this product multiple times. I still LOVE it. It does wonders for my hair which is fine, curly, and dry. And I am crazy about the scent.

I've waited for two uses before reviewing this. I have natural African American 4C hair and I was concerned because some reviews state this does contain chemicals. I leave in my hair for about 2 hours after washing and I REALLY love what it does for my hair. I also love the smell. Customer service seems to be really on top of things also as I've received at least 2 follow up emails.
