The Handbook of Crisis Communication 1st Edition

Great book for those studying Communications. This book is very helpful when completing Communications assignments.

For a grad course text book is great. But it is too heavy and some chapters are very dense the theoretical.

This is not Handbook of Crisis Communications. It is a Handbook of Crisis Communications Research and is written by academics for academics. I am annoyed to have spent the money on a title which does not fairly reflect the contents of the volume.
