I purchased this lunchbox for my child to take to preschool. Within the first week of use, one of the latches fell off. Now, after one month of use, 2 other latches have fallen off and there is one left. To be clear, the latches broke off while I was either opening or closing the lid, NOT because my child was being rough with it (which she never was). It just fell apart in my hands. Very poorly made.The one latch does not keep the lid on. Even with all four latches, it was too difficult for my very dexterous 4 year old to close on her own. I am a busy mom of 2 and am now one week past the 30 day return window. I am very upset and dissatisfied with this purchase and would like a full refund.
