Outside use only, can discolor painted surfaces, read warnings/common sense, MUST be diluted and totally rinsed. Best (just my opinion) to do a couple milder mixture wash and rinse instead of full strength. A pump garden sprayer with solution mix spray on, let set 15 minutes rinse off. ...side note. sprinkler systems which have well water or harsh city water dousing the AC unit, salt air, lawn mowers blowing dirt and clippings, accumulation of tree droppings etc. can destroy an AC unit...stupid is stupid does.

Dissolved all the oil and dirt, had to do it 3 times on a commercial unit but the condenser is spotless and clean again. Make sure you wear gloves! Cheaper on Zoro!!

Foamed up dirt comes out right away good product

This is the best coil cleaner I have ever used in 35 years of servicing A\C condensers. Recommend to all of my friends.

I'm a DIY - HVAC contractor wanted $400 per unit to clean outside condensing coils. I have 3 units, took me about and hour to disassemble and clean each unit over a couple of days. 3 - 4 hours outside, saved $1,154 bucks. Cut it with some water and use hand sprayer. Be sure to cut power, lock out, protect circuit board and compressor from water (garbage bag cover) let sit for 5 - 10 minutes, will foam up, don't breath fumes, gently rinse with water from inside out.

Very solid cleaner and decent price as well.
