Hi Friend, Whether you have just begun the spiritual journey or have travelled many miles in this terrain, this book will uplift your soul and remind you of the power and beauty of who you really are; that you are an expression of the Source, not your past history,not the changing circumstances of your life, but One with the Eternal. It’s hard to review a book which, if you take the time to *fully* absorb it, will both elevate and deepen your life. Note: I recommend reading aloud an “Embodiment” (from the end of a chapter), each day, in or near nature. You will more fully live the learning in this way. As I read I would stop and feel into what was being said and this book witnessed with me as it came out of presence and helped me shift into waking up and realizing who I am beyond the physical form. This book helped me get a sense of direction . Dr. Beckwith doesn't leave anything out for he in my opinion explains things very well. I recommend this book to everyone.

It is not surprising that this book came at exactly the right time in my life. Its perspective and insights were, for me an invitation to peel back the layers of ego, upbringing and societal beliefs and be open to a dynamic path for my spiritual growth and self discovery. Thank you Michael!
